We don't unfortunately - but we can thoroughly recommend the Tier or Human Forest bikes in London as they are a good (if slightly expensive) way of getting around
It honestly astonishes me how selectively deaf people can be. We VERY clearly state that the 500w bike is not road legal in the UK, but that we sell products globally where different laws apply. People are still free to buy a 500w bike in the UK though and ride it on private land. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. Rich.
That isn't really true, many of the mid-drive ebikes are classed as 250W but in fact can consume as much as 23A at 36V which is well over 800W. When you see a mid-drive motor delivering 95Nm of power that isnt' at 250W its probably over 3x that. The way manufacturers get around the 250W restriction despite the motor system being much more powerful is they just put 250W on the bike. It seems the only thing that really matters is it will not assist beyond 15.5mph. A mid-drive e-mountain bike can discharge a 500Wh battery in only 40 minutes if spending all its time climbing. It doesn't take a genius to work out that is 750W average consumption over those 40 minutes. 250W is only 7A at 36V or 5A at 48V so why are controllers often 15-25A on many e-bikes. The legal situation with ebikes is a complete farce in Europe. If 800W or more is ok for one type of ebike it should be fair for all types as long as the 15.5mph assistance limit is applied. If electroheads wanted to they could easily test all their ebikes for the discharge rate from the battery with a multimeter and we could see the true wattage of many ebikes. A hub motor has no control on the power its given. A direct drive hub motor could be powered by 200W or 2000W it is the controller that dictates power. It's a farcical process when you use the maximum wattage stated on a hub motor as its legal wattage level, it should always be the controller that is rated for conformity.
The engwie M20 Pro dual battery is Great value, wish they were on the bike 2 work scheme its a really green form of transport, We sogned up to the climate accords so wtf
I'd say that don't buy cheap ebikes or anything. A decent ebike starts around $1500 USD, otherwise your cheap bike will break in one year and not be able to fix it easily. They become junk pretty quick.
This was the funniest video in this channel. I love classical British humor :) All the best from Sweden!
Love the Okay But No T-shirt. Is it part of the merch?
can it be pedal as normal bike without installing the battery
I just ordered the district flow blue 450 around I think . I am so excited. I seen this 999 so to get it at this price is amazing ..
The flow district is £499 on your website, not £449.
This has now been updated to £449, and the person responsible for not updating it( Rich) has been fired into the abyss.
Thanks AirsoftDaddy
Don't trust they get paid to lie
Is there going to be a review on the carrera bengence that was shown in the pile of bikes and is it even worth it
We struggle to get bikes in for review from Halfords (we're trying not to take it personally though)
Feels like the beginning of this video you're just trying to mug us off...? ... 😂
What on earth gave you that idea?! 😉
I had an e-mail from Cowboy stating they are selling black bikes with £700 off for Black Friday. Now to check your sales.
Do you rent e-bikes (and other e-vehicles)? If I came as a tourist, renting is something I would do.

Wish you guys would raffle off that Citroen Ami with that AMAZING wrap ! I think you would find lots of people paying for a chance at that one !!
this felt like a corporate finances meeting.
The KING of all eBikes is the almighty Halfords Assist 😂
That thing is a piece of crap
OMH...Y'all are better than Netflix, Ted Talks, QVC, and Comedy Central combined...which is why all those channels are separate. Love ya! 👊🏾
I like Richard too! But not in the same way as Eilis!
We like @silbernersurfer8264!!!!
Grateful!
Great comment about UK gov XD!
500w bike? Not legal unless registered with DVLA, taxed and insured.
Some people may want to use it off-road so that wouldn't apply would it ?
