I’m not alone in the sadness of Kratos. His best soldier and friend dies and Kratos wished he could be with his family in Sparta but once again Gaia is using him. The respect for divine beings and governments has disappeared completely.

It was so badass how Kratos just walked towards Kraken like a Jojo protagonist 😂
You know, it would be just better if Kratos used the powers of the sisters to just fixed his bidding with Ares and saved his family. But noooooo, the death of Zeus comes first lol.
:Ares would be alive and would likely destroy sparta in the future.
Kratos would also be bested by the barbarian and end up being killed anyway.
The Sisters of fate are dead and Zues would know that their powers had been tampered with and would likely come down himself and deal with the person who used it.
Kratos had to kill all the gods in order to achieve Vengeance, Peace and Freedom

In 2005 when the first GoW was coming nobody believes in that game and now is the one of the best games in history .

gaia used kratos as pawn to fight Zeus and i think when kratos lost faith when the kraken captures him she dressed as his wife to lift his spirits. that was not his wife

Kratos was being used time and time again
Gaia used kratos true but that doesn't mean she was wrong. At that point, Kratos had no choice but to keep going cuz if he didn't kill zeus, the gods would show him no mercy in life or death - and that was obviously Gaia, her voice literally narrated kratos' whole life
Pretty slick how they head-fake you with those raised pillars to make you think you’ll use them to float to the Phoenix and then spring that Kraken on you.

Zeus from GoW 2: I just killed Sparta because Kratos killed Rhodes, it’s what’s best for Olympus!

I’m watching this gow2 game play, and I’m wondering how on earth I figure out all these puzzles at 15 without any help from internet or friends cuz I didn’t know abt the internet too much during this time 💀. GOW2 puzzles were harder than GOW1
Just one last obstacle before sisters of fate. At this point Zeus gone too far! As if betraying and killing Kratos wasn't enough, he then goes ahead and destroys entire Sparta!? Now this means war!!

SPOILER-for those who are saddened by the deaths of all the spartans (and the soldier), if the normal laws of time apply, since Kratos goes back in time and fights&kills Zeus before he has a chance to destroy Sparta, Kratos basically prevents Sparta and the soldier from getting killed. That is if they didn t get killed by the tidal wave that sweeps Greece when Kratos kills Poseidon in GoW 3. Awesome work, man!

TheDanirb1 Kratos made *four* changes with the time.
1) Went back to Rhodes, there where Zeus betrayed and killed him.
2) Went back to *the present* to change his fate again.
3) Went back to the Great War to retrieve the Titans.
4) Went back to *the present* for the second time, but this time with the Titans.
So this means that The Last Spartan and Sparta were all dead.

@@caikelm5766 Athena was killed in the past. He said he went to the present, and not to the unchanged timeline, which are two different things.

It's an island. Kratos was at the edge of the island. Makes perfect sense to me.
