  • This is my 1964 US Military Trainer I had Modacam Custom Rifles convert to a repeater for competition. It utilizes Vudoo Magazines as Mike Bush designed them and work with Johnathan Elrod of MCR to built actions to work with them. They work flawless.
The MDT Sporting Goods M5 Bottom Metal is a flawless design. It allowed me to dial in the exact magazine height I needed for proper feeding.
The Hoz & Shield magazine extension kit is AWESOME. It come with a longer spring, a new follower and the extension clamps around your magazine. It’s not coming off. You can also get the same follower upgrade for your 10 round Vudoo Mags and make them 12 round mags. They feed flawless as well. Use the magazine loaders and you will not have a rim lock issue like Vudoo mags are known for.
I’ll do a video later on the magazine extension it’s self so stay tuned for more.

Don't know anything about that rifle but I'd love to see what kind of groups it can produce! Ive been working on a Rem.597 and got it producing pretty good groups!

I just completed testing at Lapua test center. 20 rounds in 1.01” @ 100 meters. Dont think I can ask for any better than that. A Remington 40X is a US Military Training rifle. Mine I was a 1964 model that was released to CMP ( Civilian Marksmanship Program ). Then converted to repeater by Modacam Custom Rifles in Denver NC.
