I never tried their gouache! Thanks for sharing them! I will have to watch your set B video now! Have good week!

Having two water containers really helps prevent muddying your colors; you want one for wetting your colors/paper, and a second for rinsing dirty brushes. I've tried using just one container with gouache, and it just doesn't work out. Lovely colors you have there, thank you for sharing!

You have a very good point. It seems like a second water pot is pretty much a necessity with gouache.

Thanks for swatching these out! They look like they would be great for sketchbook work or scanning for digital reproduction. There are two whites used in gouache, it’s good to know about them, as I have just recently found out. Zinc white, or PW4, is used for lightening color, without changing the opacity or body of the color you are working with. It’s slightly warm on its own. Titanium white, PW6, often called Permanent white in gouache both lightens and brightens, as well as makes it more opaque. It’s cooler, and best for highlights when used alone. I finally have gotten around to swatching my colors with both of them and they have dramatically different looks.

The same is true for acrylic with titanium and zinc white. I didn't know that there is a zinc white gouache.
