In this video, I explain what mistakes you should avoid when you buy Matcha. I highly recommend not to buy your precious Matcha in a supermarket. The quality you get there is shallow, and often, it is not even Japanese Match but some cheap imitation from China or Korea.
If you get Japanese Matcha, it is a culinary grade Matcha that is used for baking and desserts.
