Drive to Survive is on the front page of Netflix every season. That's 220 MILLION accounts. Have you seen what they call the Drive to Survive effect? Every race being sold out literal months earlier than every year preceding D2S. Sold out crowds during not only the race but qualifying AND free practice. Yes F1 was a global sport but now it's a phenomenon. Not only the drivers but team principles and engineers are superstars. Daniel Ricciardo is a mid at best driver currently but still does the entire prime time talk show circuit simply because of his D2S personality. Don't be naive or pretentious.
Saying this as a Braves fan: THIS is THE moment of the season right here! Far and away the most entertaining thing to happen in any game! And how cool for Diaz to have the artist behind his entrance song play it live in such a big game atmosphere!

Exactly! I love football and basketball, but baseball is timeless. The murmur of the crowd while the game is being played makes the atmosphere so chill and relaxing. I used to go to Mariners games often as a kid and the stadium is right next to the railroad tracks. Trains would pass by and the whistle would echo through the stadium, giving the game a early 1900’s feel. Good times
As a longtime Braves fan this is definitely the best entrance in all of Major League Baseball! I have so much respect for Edwin Diaz but I absolutely love Timmy Trumpet and his music! I am a huge Timmy Trumpet fan! Edwin Diaz is an elite closer/relief pitcher in all of baseball!
Edwins injury was just tragic. Here's hoping he makes a full recovery and return. He's great for baseball and is exactly what's needed. And I'm a Red Sox fan.

Thankfully Edwin is getting close to returning and let's hope he can bring the fire again. I'm a Blue Jays fan, but respect all the great players of the game. Seeing any of them get injured and have to sit out is heartbreaking. We may boo and hiss when we are losing to the other side, but we know we would love to have players like Edwin Diaz on our team playing for us. I enjoy celebrating all great players of the game's accolades when they get them and will always cheer positively those moments even if against my Jays! Respect to the NYM and their fans everywhere.
Amazing how Diaz went from a flop of a trade aquisition initially......to an absolutely ELECTRIC closer, one of the best, if not THE best, in the league right now. From fan pariah to fan favorite! Love it! Can't wait for him to come back from his unfortunate injury next season!
