This was a great experiment Marv!!! To the shears defense, I would've liked to see someone right handed use them. Only cuz most shears cut to the hand they're designed for. I'm a lefty as well so big ups to the left hand crew!! Glad to know there's more of us out there
if you put the wahl tblade on the trimmers and any name brand fade blade with a ceramic cutter they work pretty good for at home etc. the ceramic is lighter and less friction which made the battery life and rpms improve a bit.. but still not a quality tool.. i tried them out for fun years ago.
If your a barber for 5 years plus you should be able to give a good haircut with any equipment at the end of the day its personal preference you can go with tpobs 10 dollar clippers or jrl 200 and you will give a good haircut
Yo Marv what trimmers should I get that will be HITTERS! not for bulk or anything only lineup/neckline/breadline and so on. I’m not on a budget so go crazy lol. Great video btw
Yo Marv,if you change the cam followe on the trimmer and put some detailer blades on them they work awesome, for the clippers just the blades, magic clip 🔥🔥🔥
I’ve been cutting for years & have professional clippers but when I finally decided to attend barber school I bought this exact pack so I wouldn’t use my nicer clippers there & they got the job done lol My shears actually came sharp af compared to yours but they were good for the whole time I attended barber school lol
These are ok but are being phased out. Companies like VGR, Madeshow, Kulilang,Kemei,TPOB are kinda like the big dawgs in the affordable clipper market.
I just bought a kemei trimmer off temu for $9 going to do a test video compared to the other premium trimmers and if the slap I’ll give them to an apprentice
@@ItsMarvyMarv damn that’s rough. Side note you got any recommendations on left handed sheers? I’m lefty and at this point it may be too late as my muscle memory already switched to righty lol
@@postcutclaritytry fresh shears.for the price you can’t beat them.every shear is around 100.00 and when u want new ones, they will send u new ones and u send the old ones back for 50.00…they’re just as sharp as some of the 1000.00 shears.if not sharper.

I did have that footage. It was just as bad for the righties 🤣 I wasn’t thinking though, I should have included it.

😂😂oh marv.the clippers were okay for 35 honestly.
They were! Except for the fact they died super fast 🤣 but it really wasn’t that bad

Honestly, I just look for Japanese Steel 440c, and a pair that’s in my budget

Your trimmers are zero gapped big difference when you cut the neck line of course zero gap then and give us a better comparison
They tried if u see the video they cannot be zero gapped.
