🎯 for beginner Barbers it's good to grab some clippers with taper blades too. More forgiving. And definitely detachable. killed this one man good job 💪🏼💈
I remember i once copped the andis bgrc for $15 at sallys beauty supply. It was black friday sale on “open box” items and it was one of them and they were dope but i resold it. Shouldve kept it but oh well im so used to adjustable clippers now lol shoutout babyliss and stylecraft!!
U technically don’t need one just yet but it does help bald out and make fades last longer I would recycle,no Andis shavers good shavers I have them and there super good !
I would say get some scissors and thinning shears first. It’s more important for you to learn how to use them. A shaver is pretty much self explanatory, but using scissors and thinning shears are gonna require skills. And you’re gonna have to get practice in.
Hey marv! I like your vids man they hella dopeeee But Can you try to do more tutorials on how to cut different hair types and how to do cuts in general Becasue i’m really tryna learn 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Hey man, I've heard some people say that a downside with corded clippers is that the performance and power really drops a ton after only 4 months or so, that they don't cut well after that. Is that true? Seems crazy to me that a pair of clippers like the magic clips that you spend a hundred on would only last 4 months!
With due respect brother, with your experience you should guide people more,i feel like saying “ search trimmers and pick some” you’re being too general, “get shavers that look like this” from someone who’s been working in this industry this many years is very uninformative, that’s just my opinion.
I agree, and understand what you’re saying. And it would have been a lot easier to do back in the day when there was only a couple options to choose from. But now, with literally thousands and thousands of choices to choose from, at all different price points, and new stuff coming out every week, people have to learn how to do their own research. I’m just here to provide a starting point.
You do not have tell us about all the clippers. Just tell us what to look for in a clipper for fading , tapering, over all and soon on. Some knowledge is need to choice a clipper/trimmer wisely. Rather then buy and hope they work for what style and hair type you work on. Also review are missing leading a specially on Amazon where some people get kick backs for saying good things about a product.

Clipper: wmark 2038
Trimer: kemei 2299
In south America they are the better machines that you can buy. 😊
Please add those last two episodes of gem talk to the podcast.
Hahah I read “Why do you need to start cutting hair” 😂
So I got some clippers and a trimmer to learn how to cut on my family, I also already have the cape. Should the shaver be my next purchase?

Hey man, do you do 1 on 1 consultation? In regards to opening a barbershop.
Bro USA is crazy. How are brushes illegal💀
They don’t feel they can be properly sanitized
@@ItsMarvyMarv I can't Imagine having to tjek the laws depending on witch state of the same country I am in. To buy a brush for my barbershop😭
I use an air duster. Very powerful and no worries about getting fines.
