      Haha, I would seemingly always forget that the knob was loose! It did that to me too many times to count.

    Why did you use 12g wire? Was the prior circuit 20amp?

      Yes, the majority of the house was 15/20 amp circuits. I ran a few 30 amp with 10g, and a subpanel to the garages with #4

      @@Jay_Schmidt You typically don't see 20amp circuits in bedrooms. So I was wondering why you didn't run 14g wire. Much easier to pull and wire, less expensive, and can carry 15 amps. Not an issue since you have more wire than you need but was just curious why.

      @@cterry7777 city code for here still has you use 12g on 15 amp circuits. It's kind of senseless, but ibdid it by the rules.

    For all the young electricaltians (purposely spelled wrong) use knee pads. You will say thank you later.

      I've started using them despite their inherent nature to bunch my pants up behind my knees.
