I think this is one of my favorite layouts that you have made. First, the paper pack includes my favorite colors and it goes so perfect with the vintage photo of that darling young couple. I love to use swirls in many of my layouts. Very pretty with the embellishments. Your cards a beautiful too.

Black works so well with this paper collection. Isn’t it funny how a tiny little detail like the stamp under the title can step it up so much? I’m glad you liked that little detail. I get a lot of inspiring ideas from your videos.
When you do a single page layout what do you put it with when you put it in the scrapbook. I always feel like the two pages that you are seeing together in the scrapbook should be with matching papers.
You are not alone and I felt the same for many years but then photos like this, where there is only one, were not getting scrapbooked. I try my best to place a layout next to it with colors that go well together and it usually works out well enough. It was a struggle at first but now I just go with it.
Love this layout; I scrapbook like you not chronologically but do put them in books in chronolectal order. I am wondering how you make that work when you want to add a 2 page layout and it not working in the book because I have done many one page layouts. I struggle so wanted to see how you make that work. Love your pages. Very much my style!!
Thank you Karen! Occasionally I have to put a single page layout in the book out of order to fill a spot next to another single page. I still try to keep it in the same season so maybe I will have a June layout next to an August one. The layouts do not have to match but if I can I will put colors that play well together next to each other. Hopefully that makes sense.
