use a Blade Utility Knife the ones that you open boxes with. Insert it between the lid and the black plastic part. Then use the blade to open each side till the glue loosens. Should take about 5-10 min depending on the ink.
@Msliligsilva Yes, I am interested to look at the inks. I refill my own ink and try to tell others to do the same or take it to a place that they refill for them.
@fenix0green ;-) I'm a recycler. Thought it was great some one took the time to learn how cartridges work, how they look inside. Part of my strugle it has been educate costumers about the actual amount of ink inside new cartridges. I don't have the knowledge or the time to make a video, but had take pictures of every new model I open. Are you interested?

@Msliligsilva sorry i can't i looked on ebay for 1 empty cartridge of them the ones you listed and can't find a cheap one to open.

@andyluong999 i don't have a HP 78 Cartridge i bought a lot of empty hp ink and open them up for fun. that was all that contained in the listing.
