Some years back, 2016ish, I had made a personal rom hack similar to this (as in the Maps would take you to very random places though only difference is that I manually chose where the warps led) by hand and added in a few crappy looking sinnoh map recreations but with place holders from default map buildings, I never finished the endgame but the idea was that Palkia was causing issues kind of like it did in Pokemon Ranger which was my inspiration as I was replaying it at the time lol. The only Sinnoh Pokemon I had added at the time were the Starters which I replaced some Pokemon I didnt plan to be in the game, using some editors to import sprites and edit stats/moves. It was fun to make and there was a hidden free shiny Eevee if you talked with an aide in the Prof Oak's lab. Your starter is a Chansey as your trainer class is Pokemon Doctor. So there was an extra side plot where you worked to help Pokemon affected by the Spacial Distortions. Sadly as much as I worked on this ROM I dont have the half completed Build I had as the laptop I had it stored on, got Ransomware on it back in 2019 and stupidly the only back up I had was an extremely early version of the game with many issues I would have to re-fix and I just got tired and never went back. :
With Gen 3 Knock off beeing 20 power, and Dark type using special attack it's not really surprising. It was kind of frustrating that he kept using knock off instead of smellingsalt tho, beeing a 60 power physical move
Something I just noticed If teleport works, wouldn’t dig and escape ropes work too? Meaning if you’re in a cave near a place you need to be at, you can escape rope from the cave as a means of exiting it since the exit won’t take you to the actual exit of the cave? 🤔
Teleport works by taking you to the entrance of the most recently visited pokemon center. Dig and Escape Rope take you to the entrance you entered the cave from. So no they shouldn't work
@@Imm_o that definitely requires further testing in a randomized load zone run. If I were programming it I would probably make it return you to zone and entrance you came from, not from where you should have come from. Although in a game like Pokemon I don't think it's that farfetched to think they would hard-code in all of the possible return locations for escape ropes.

small ant waste so much time load unnecessary save, dodging trainer in normal speed when he can one shot in speed up, and trying to figure which entrance of the cave he's in
