The force willed Anakin into existence to counter Plaguies and Palpatine. The Skywalker Family as a whole were the chosen ones. Each one made choices that ensured the survival of the Jedi and ultimate destruction of the Sith.

I agree this show isn’t the best but there are a couple things wrong with your reasoning: 1. The witches used the force to create the twins whereas Anakin was naturally born by it and it wasn’t manipulated to create him. 2. Ki-Adi-Mundis age was only ever confirmed in Legends, not Canon so it could be very fair that he is alive in this time period. 3. (I know episode 5 wasn’t out when you made this) but in that episode the “Sith” doesn’t actually claim that title, he just says that’s what the Jedi would like to call him but he never says himself that he is a Sith.
Andor also had low numbers and initial bad reviews but more people are streaming it now and giving better reviews. People may be waiting for it to finish 1st season before streaming it.

The twins veing created theiugh the Firce does not ruin Anakin being the Chosen One. If you actually intellectually analyze the show you would know that the Witches manipulated The Force along with some dark magic to create the twins. Anakin was created through the Force without any outside help. He's literally a walking vergence. If anything the teins existence shoukd emboldened Anakin's importance because the Witches used dark magic to create an unnatural birth hinting at darker intentions while The Force created Anakin to be the Chosen One thinking he will bring balance to the Force
