Also a caver, but a looong way from Texas. Would be great fun to explore and map these. Also the comment about using GPR to find candidates. They'd probably have access to the gear and any historic data from USGS etc to maybe narrow down candidates for hopefully finding larger systems. Oh, and Matt now has at least one real Man Cave!

You and Mer are so funny together. Need to see more of your interaction.
Abandoned resort just keeps on getting more and more interesting!
Has to be one of my favorite videos you guys have ever done. I feel like that’s the most genuine side of Matt I’ve ever seen.
Matt sets off 240 explosives in the ground that disturbs the ground enough to move a mountain…. Immediately jumps in the nearest cave 😂
there's nothing more fun than exploring your property like this. Glad you brought us on for the ride, I know it was awesome
Matt causally lifting and flipping over boards and rocks while it’s summer in South Texas had me anticipating a trip to the ER for a snake bite
Haha, this would have been my dream activity as a kid, just exploring the wilderness, looking for caves and snakes, not worrying about getting in trouble 😂
Yeah... and as an adult hopefully you realize you’re approaching the intersection of “fuckaround “ and “find out.”
Something tells me that map was drawn out by a kid who did all the exploring.
I would use ground penetrating radar anywhere you plan to build due to possible catastraphic sink hole possibilities.
31:26 lol I enjoy that cry for help / job availability
Mikey is friggin awesome! Pulling the arrow out didn't seem to mess him up too bad.
Very strange look’s from people when I wear that shirt.
You should call the action adventure twins! They do all sorts of caving.
Your vlogs just get better and better.
So enoyable.
Wow, that is amazing. I’ve been to Carlsbad caverns in New Mexico a few times. I wonder if your newly rediscovered caves opens up to a larger cavern? That would be an awesome tourist attraction for The Desperado.
Mate u know is a good day when Matt uploads a 40 min video
Aww to be a kid again. Wait a minute I think there was 2 kids being adventurous.
Boys grow up to be be men but they’ll always be a kid at heart.
Awesome video. I loved it. There’s so much to explore at Demolition Ranch Resort. ♥️😊👍👍👍👍🌟
If you and Mere ever come to Utah again you should book a tour of the Timpanogas Cave. It's so cool. It's a quarter mile hike to get to it and the scenery is beautiful!
So that's what it looks like when Jenna and Clint go outdoors with their hyperactive kids.
Thanks for the video! I'm so looking forward for the next one!
There's a big caving festival next week in Georgia you should go to. It's probably the best/biggest caving event in the country and we would love to have you and your family.
I'm pretty sure Mikey is one of those people that is always in a good mood and it rubs off!
I can't believe you actually went in!!! Omg I have claustrophobia so this makes me feel like I can't breath! On the other hand what a great adventure!
That's the next new shirt design, Cave Zombie! 41:00 - soon as you make it, I'll buy it!
It's rock. The Talking Heads did this song decades back, with lyrics around the time that Matt was born. "Letting the days go by, water flowing underground". And thus, caves in rocks! Matt, I hope this project works.
Lol
Same as it EVER was.
Hey Matt great video. I was wondering how dudes heart condition is going, I really enjoy seeing him and Jenna on your show. You have the best supporting cast.
24:23 Area definitely reminds me of the older ranches matt would film at back in the day 😂🙌
You should have the Texas A&M speleological society come out and explore
underground explores hit them up.
That’s the right idea
Yes I second this ideal..... And 3rd the twins ideal.... Either way works .... I like new holes.
You definitely need that 360 camera Matt!
When you find the caves you need to get a GPS and put a marker on the GPS so you can find the caves easier with the coordinates
!!!!!
I feel a beneath-the-ranch series coming up... 😆
There's this TH-cam channel called @ActionAdventureTwins that are crazy and will pretty much explore any cave you can think of. Might be a fun collab to have them come out and explore all your holes Matt 😏
Would be fun. 😊
@@Underground_Adventures Ahh right you guys are always there too! I recognize that name from the shoutouts and description. Yeah I think it would be a blast!
Just started my channel but I've been caving with the twins for awhile.
I LOVE caves! The last one you showed is SUPER cool with all of the formations!!! It looked like there are some draperies forming in there, I thought I might have seen some crystal looking stuff and maybe a little flowstone and of course stalactites. That cave may prove to be even more awesome than it already is!❤ Fabulous video Matt!!!
Matt, you legit need to make a rock crawling course for rock buggy events!
That should be next vehicle build, a rock crawler.
Just a thought for next time. You must have amateur potholing clubs in Texas surely ??? I'm sure they'd love to explore the resort for you.
I can feel my stomach tightening just watching the intro! I tried caving when I was a teen and it's the only time in my life when I've felt claustrophobic. So well done for taking a look around.
That said, I remember ages ago you had an underwater drone or some such? Might be time to bust that thing out.
Absolutely love Mikey’s energy. Jenna’s distain of Mikey pushing his luck is great. Sounds a lot like my gf and I lol.
She's the company safety officer, she has to appear at the inquest . . .
Great job on the video folks! Thanks for making it. I love these videos with all of you in them. Mikey has no fear.
I legit just clicked on yesterdays demo ranch video and the second that golf ball hit the bottom of the cave this notification popped up🤣🤣🤣
