    thanks Kat, dropping gems as always. I found the part about what to do when you don't have work experience really helpful.

    You deserve more views ...thanks as always.
    But I have a question!
    What specific focus areas would you recommend for new developers instead of doing everything it seems specializing in a few areas is more helpful what areas would you recommend specializing in?

      I would say start with just html and css and just focus on those (If you wanna do frontend). Or focus on a one specific language (e.g Python) if you wanna do backend, ignore the frameworks at the beginning.

    Always awesome!!
    Kat, has GPT effected your work yet at all?
    Will there be enough junior dev work still available for those trying to enter the industry over the next few years?

      Chat GPT will affect developers jobs but will also make developers job easy. But I don't think in the coming 5 years it will affect junior devs badly.

    Hi Kat, I was just curious about whether I should create my CV using MS Word or create a webpage for it?
    Also what do I put under experience if I don't have any working experience?
    Thanks in advance!

    Heita, I see you mentioned just one project on your CV, I want to find out if that is enough?

    • @katlegodeveloper
      @katlegodeveloper  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you don't have any relevant work experience yet, you can put 2 to 3 the projects on the CV.

      @@katlegodeveloper Thanks chief, I'm doing React now so I need project ideas that are solid. I only have one that I'm confident about.

    Do you have a personal website or it isnt a necessity to have?

    • @katlegodeveloper
      @katlegodeveloper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Before getting my first job I had one and now I don't. It's a bit necessary (depending on company you applying at) when you wanna get ur first job.
