I gotta ask,why not put your bathroom appliances up against that outside wall(yes i know its not what you would usually want to do but with that set up wouldnt it be easiest and best? I refinish a lot of older houses on north/south sides of milw and we gotta get creative with locations of everything since 9out of 10 we change the layouts.. gd luck on your property 👍🙂👍
