  • In this video I unbox the Dremel Versa to see how it fares against some pretty nasty conditions. This tool really helped to quickly and effectively get rid of a lot of the mess, and I do recommend it. Thanks for watching, please like and comment if you'd like to see more tools/videos outside of the regular carving ones I use for this channel.

    If you're looking for more wood carving designs and videos, I recommend watching the video where I carve a greek paddle with a Dremel 4300. I use Walnut, Poplar, and Epoxy! The epoxy was a hassle but came out really cool.

    I recommend useing Soft Scrub with bleach in it.
    Work great on hard surfaces for caked on dirt and stains.
    I used it on my pots, skillets, and baking sheet. It almost completely removes those baked on stains that most people think is normal for used baking pans.
    Also I've got attachments for my regular drill that does the same thing as this device. I got mine at home depot.

      I agree using a drill with attachments would probably be just as good, especially if you can swap batteries. Thank you for the recommendation, but I somehow screw up my clothes every time I expose myself to bleach.

    I moved into a place where the grout was black with filth. I tried everything to get it clean. The only thing that worked was Lysol toilet bowl cleaner with bleach. It lifted all the dirt away and left the grout like new!

    • @Ferrous_Bueller
      @Ferrous_Bueller 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This is close to what I do. You can take any shower cleaner and dump some out in a bowel, soak toilet paper in it until it's gummy like clay, and use that to form it to the shape of the grout and stick it on for a couple hours. It will take even the worse silicone caulk and grout and turn it like new again.

    Thanks for the review. Next time use Lime-away on the glass for the mineral deposits.

    i have one of those! i feel stupid for saying this, but i never thought of using it for this, but obviously it's a great tool for this. im astonished by how clean the glass door ended up. also, the guard pops all the way down too, or.. up?... er.. towards the tool itself.. maybe it's to prevent fly-aways & splashing?

      @LogsCarvingClub  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What have you been using it for? I’m trying to think of more uses. The guard definitely helped to stop splashes & keep bleach off my clothes. Thanks!
