Yeah that was a known issue when the sennas first came out I’m pretty sure 3 burned down within the same month right after deliveries rolled out. Mclaren denied it until 3 burned down. One before his one after. Then one in a crash burned down as wsll
Yeah. Damons 720 s roof glass broke as well. McLaren really used some cheap f* glass on these 720s to Senna. And they Won't even fix these for free or even cheaper!
You can also google 720s carbon roof panel. Looks like there are a few options all for around $2500 which is in line with what I’d imagine something like that costs. It’s not nothing but it’s fairly straightforward. And as far as glue goes, you just need to ask Tavarish for a couple of bottles of it. He has a pallet of it. I can source them as well through 3M but youd have to order literally 12 cases or more. It’s not like ordering caulk from Home Depot.

$3499.00 for both sides aftermarket or $12,000 each genuine from McLaren or $16,000 for plastic fitted plus taxes… the aftermarket glass is a lot better than the genuine as McLaren use a very thin glass for weight saving
After the 720 is done it still needs to go back to Canada for inspection to make it road legal again. That car won't be driving other than on the block when it's done. Probably won't be done this year. 😢

Senna just seems like a unnecessary moneypit with no upgrades aside from wraps and wheels let it go rather get a Veyron or something
To be very honest i was not happy on the senna purchase because the 720gtr is overkill it has the most expensive body kit plus built engine making around 1300whp which is epic no need to buy senna but obviously its his choice im just a subscriber. Fix the glass and sell it no need to sent it to gintani you already have 720 man no fuckin difference after spending that much amout of money. sell it and buy another hyper
I loved the 720gtr I just don't think the Senna looks good on camera but it's the only car they drive besides the CarreraGT van.
Because it's wasn't just a channel car but a personal car they've talked about it before he used mostly his own money for it and it's his car
