Ready for the Best Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese recipe? This slow cooker macaroni and cheese recipe is the creamiest, cheesiest recipe you'll find! This recipe is easily doubled to feed a crowd, AND it's budget-friendly. The perfect party-ready mac and cheese!
I have many macaroni and cheese recipes uploaded already. I have everything from southern baked macaroni and cheese, to soul food macaroni and cheese, to bacon mac and cheese. I guess it’s pretty clear that mac n cheese is one of my favorite foods. I could even eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! LOL. This time around, I have an easy mac and cheese recipe. I’m going to show you how to make macaroni and cheese in the Crock-Pot/slow cooker. I use regular elbow macaroni pasta for my mac & cheese. I use Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese condensed soup and basic cheeses such as sharp cheddar and Colby cheese for this mac and cheese recipe. I pretty much put everything in the Crock-Pot and let it cook on low for 3 hours. The outcome is amazing! It’s the perfect recipe for homemade macaroni and cheese. Give it a try, and impress your loved ones with your chef skills!

0:25 - Here are the ingredients needed.
0:55 - Mix the cheddar cheese soup with the half and half.
1:05 - Whisk until creamy.
1:15 - Season with pepper and smoked paprika.
1:30 - Add uncooked pasta to the slow cooker.
1:39 - Add shredded cheese.
1:45 - Add butter.
1:55 - Give it a quick stir.
2:02 - Pour in the cheese mixture.
2:09 - Mix until well combined.
2:15 - Top with shredded cheese.
2:27 - Cook on low for 3 hours.
2:41 - Dish and serve.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and it was a big hit! Thank you! I did a 2nd step by pouring this into a baking dish, topped with a little more shredded cheese on top and browning it lightly on top in the oven. Some of the best mac and cheese I have ever had.

My crockpot DIED right before Easter and everyone was so ready for your unbelievable mac n cheese. I used your recipe but boiled the pasta first in the Copper Chef, added all of the ingredients and let it cook down and it was done in one hour. Still awesome!! So glad I could still improvise!
Rosie I had never ever heard of adding smoke paprika to mac and cheese but it really elevates the flavor. It really kicks it up a notch and I add it regularly now. Thanks for that tip and for all of your wonderful recipes.

I'm just getting home from our 2019 family gathering for Thanksgiving. We were asked to bring our yummy macaroni and cheese. We didn't have the time or patience to make our "usual" batch, due to having a new baby in the house. I quickly got on TH-cam to see if I could find a decent crockpot recipe. This was one of the first results and we decided to give it a try. We've never made mac and cheese in a slow cooker and were a little nervous. I am proud to say that this recipe is absolutely fantastic. I'm a large American, and I've wrapped my lips around some mac and cheese in my time. This is one of the better recipes I've ever had. Thanks for sharing, and you are now a part of our future family Thanksgiving's. I think that's a pretty big deal!

I made this yesterday for 2019 Thanksgiving and OMG it was fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥 the only thing is I only had 1 8oz cheddar cheese soup but it still WORKED!!! My family LOVED it!! I made this and it came out perfect. I'm not a smoked flavor kind of girl, only in my bbq so I will leave the paprika out next time but it came out exactly how she said it would. I love that I dont have to boil the noodles!

Sister, this looks like the best crock pot Mac and Cheese recipe I've seen to date. Many others make is so complicated before you even get to put it in the crock pot. I suffer with a chronic illness so all of that cooking can get to me, so this is an easy recipe that I can use that won't take up all of my time in the kitchen, but still allows me to give my family a good, delicious dish. i'll let ya know how it turns out.

I made it on the stove top because I didn’t have time to wait for the slow cooker. I did Make a few slight changes Kraft shredded cheeses and instead of half and half I used butter milk and carnation can milk. Just added fresh black cracked pepper and used salted butter came out delicious 😋 thanks for the recipe I am already getting calls

Great job with the recipe and video. It helped me. I keep be mac and cheese. I made a small change to it which spiced up the flavor so well. You can add hot sauce to your mixture. Maybe half a cup. Omg it is sooooo amazing!!!!! Thank u again I loved this video
