I honestly don't know if it would be showing real mileage or not as I don't know how the mileage is rolled back. It reads it from the ECU, so it will show whatever is there.

It cannot. This is an OBD2 scanner only. It does not have special functions.
They do have the OM129 in an EU version.

That can re calibrate the steering angle sensor
I don't believe so, it can clear the codes for it, but not calibrate it.
