Grazie! 🩷🧶
I so enjoyed watching you talk about your beautiful knits while knitting on my White Mountains sweater, my first of Midori Hiroses patterns - so exciting!
I love that. The healing jumper. I knitted a shawl. It was knit this last year as well. I called it my journey shawl as I healed and could start to knit again. I’m still healing but so so much better than where I was. The emotional aspect absolutely goes with it! I just found you. Love your video and your knitting ❤
Beautiful yarn in that orange vest! I also love the idea of knitting from books, I have several books and need to focus more on those projects. I’m also very inspired by your dress and plan to make one this year.
Hey Sweet Martina….all of your knits are just BEAUTIFUL!!!!! So inspiring. Great to see that your healing jumper is done and looks really amazing. It fits your perfectly. I wanted to knit the Rauwerk jumper in rustic yarn from a farmhouse having their sheep’s not far away from home, but i wanted to make it as a duo, one for me and one my beloved husband. I’ll see and give it more thoughts. Currently knitting the Gro hat for Fiber Tales, a kind of Sophie shawl for my husband, color work socks for my son, a cape/cardigan in angora from a little farm from my region….far too many stuff basically!!!! But i love it. I make it slow and at my own pace. Sending you guys hugs and love. Delphine ❤❤❤❤❤
I love your healing sweater, the shape of the orange vest is perfect, what a nice memory of your time with your friends in your vest.. all of your pieces have a great story connection to your life. I’m working on the NightShift Shawl using colors inspired from my summer garden.. there’s a lot of green..💚
I loved this video 💚. Absolutely in love with all pieces you made. For this year I want to focus on my health. Body and soul. Also meaning taking it very slow with knitting. I am working on blouse no1 and am very pleased with how it is looking up till now. Love from the Netherlands 💚
Please consider the quick, easy and so satisfying use of putting elastic on all edges which flare in A shapes : collars, wrists, garment bottoms. I experienced it and encourage you to do it 😂
Hi Martina! I never knitted with nutiden but I love and use plotulopi very much. It has the same pilling problem and what I found helps A LOT is using one strand of mohair with it. Almost no pill at all.
I so love all your videos and especially your new home. I live in Newfoundland Canada and we have snow! Right now I am knitting for my grandchildren mittens. just posted a picture on my instagram. I also embroider which I find very relaxing and meditative. I have arthritis in my hands so I wear support gloves when I knit and there are times when I just stop knitting to rest my hands. This year I am going to try and slow down and make sure I am taking care of myself first. If you don't look after yourself you can't be there for the people you love. Keep doing what you are doing!!💗
Love your knits! The colour green has been capturing my attention as well. I want to take more time and make sure my end result knit is exactly how I want it and if it isnt, to take the time and rip back and make it the way in which I will wear it a lot. Sometimes in the past, I was eager to finish and didn’t always end up with the finished product that I wanted. Also, I want to knit from patterns that I already own (books and/or Ravelry) and try to use yarn/wool that I already have. All good intentions. Here’s to a New Year! Carla (Socksahoy)
Yes to all of these intentions! I have them too! And I know how what you mean, more than often I'd rush things through and not ended up with good results, instead of taking the time to create the perfect garment for me. Let's make this year the year of intentional knitting and self love🤎
yay the healing sweater is done 💕 i love the boxy proportions and how thick it is! and the colours and motives too of course! i think the only thing i have in mind for a bigger project this year so far is a similar sweater, with the main point of making it as designated outerwear. the original inspiration is sailors' and fishermen's garments but your heirloom piece just confirmed that goal a LOT 😊 love the other pieces too and your plan for a red garter shawl ❤
Being called a pile of moss feels like the greatest compliment 🤍 thank you for another lovely video Martina
It really is🤎🌱🤎
Love your take on green❤. It is the color of the heart Chakra.
Blue like the night, yellow like the day 🌱🥺 I love you Pegaso

Lovely knits as always! The green jumper looks so nice even without the tulip hem. 😊 Love the shade of green in the shawl 😍
