Hi guys! Filet mignon does not taste much in itself. It is the least "tasteful" cut of meat, and needs a good sauce or other side dish to become "delish". My husband and I will go on a nine night cruise to the Norwegian fjords. Thanks to your video we will absolutely try the Eden restaurant! Thank you for being straightforward and positive about your findings. 😄

Agreed. Filet Mignon doesn't have a ton of flavor, but it didn't seem like they really did a lot to improve that. Our recommendation still stands with trying the lamb. It was so tender, juicy, and flavorful! Whatever it is you order, though, you'll have an amazing experience!

Do you recommend Eden at night or before sunset?

It would be a cool experience at dusk. But we enjoyed it in the evening, too.
