The concept of sustainable living through healthy eating and healthy action has taken a big step forward at Hamilton's Rhode Street School in NZ. At this school students in partnership with the school's community, plant, grow, nurture, harvest and then cook their own food to eat as part of their daily health promotion focus and sell the surplus to subsidize new initiatives such as their Kai Time Cafe.
