      1. Centre of mass
It is the point where the total mass of the body acts. It is not connected to the geometry of the body but depends on the configuration of distribution of mass.
Assuming you know the c.o.m., you divide the body into 2 by a line passing through it, the moment of both the sides will be equal and opposite, i.e., the moment about c.o.m. is zero.
      2. Centroid
It is the geometrical mean of the body. The c.o.m. may/may not coincide with the centroid.
The c.o.m. depends upon the distribution of the mass and centroid depends upon the geometrical mean. Although the moment about the centroid is also zero, it is taken with respect to geometrical aspects, such as volume and area, as compared to mass in c.o.m.
      3.Centre of gravity
It is the point where the resultant of all gravitational forces act. It mostly coincides with the c.o.m., but in Mt. Everest, for e.g., they are different as the gravitational force acting on the particles at the top would be different from the one acting on the particle at the bottom, due to the magnitude of grabitational forces decreasing with height. Therefore it depends on the magnitude of gravitational forces on various particles of the body.
