I think I must have been about 8 years old and my sister and I were watching MTVs Spring Break down in Daytona Beach Florida. Right Said Fred were on and then it happened... we saw our mother and her two friends out dancing in the crowd (she had just went back to college) It was one of the most surreal experiences of my life.
Lying in bed with my daughter, èarphones plugged in after a long 14-hour workday and listening to Mr Video, my daughter arcastically comments, without looking at my screen, "Mr Video!". When I acknowledged that is indeed what I was watching she repiied "I knew it by your laugh".
