I am in the process of working on my first coloring book, and i have had an idea for a children's book for a long time, I've been hesitant about using Fiverr but your video has good tips about that and opened up a whole new avenue to accomplish my children's book now! Thank you and your course is great!!
Hello, first I'd like to begin by saying I found your content informative and I loved the presentation. I've recently discovered your TH-cam Channel. I do have a question regarding using Fiverr for outsourcing. Who owns the Intellectual Property Rights? If you decide to outsource using a graphic designer or illustrator on Fiverr are they 'Work for Hire transferring the intellectual property rights when payment is received? I ask this because how will you copyright or trademark your books if they still own the IP rights? Our are you, as the client, purchasing a licensing agreement when outsourcing to your chosen graphic designer on Fiverr? Any insight to this would ease my anxiety.
Hi, glad the content was helpful! Some Fiverr freelancers offer their services under a "work for hire" model, which means that once you’ve paid for the work, they transfer the intellectual property rights to you. This allows you to fully own the work, including rights to copyright it, or use it however you like. Ultimately, when it comes to outsourcing work on Fiverr, the ownership of intellectual property depends on the agreement between you and the freelancer.
