I've been watching a lot of TH-cam presentations about low-content books and KDP. I always wind up coming back to you for the best information. Thank you very much!
Thank you for this! I recently paid a gig to promote my children's book. It felt a little sketch but I was comforted by the fact that my payment details didn't go directly to the seller. She has contacted me outside of fiver everyday since we completed the order. I am not engaging 😎
Thank you Kim for this information as you do always, for me I prefer to make my covers with myself because No one guarantees you that the graphics they use do not have rights, and this may lead to the closure of your kdp account So I think it's so risky to do it
thank you for this video! I have questions, I hope you can help. Does Amazon consider puzzle books low content or medium content? Can I upload the files that the Fiverr designer sends me directly into KDP or do I have to use Reedsy and Canva to format the cover and interior that the Fiverr designer created for me? Will Amazon KDP provide an ISDN number or do I have to purchase one for the puzzle book? How do I get reviews for a puzzle book? I sure wish I had watched your video first before hiring my Fiverr designer! Thank you !!!!
How do you know if they amount they quote you is too much? I did the test with two artists and I really like the work of one guy. I just feel like the price is high. I negotiated with him and he came down a little. It just still seems high to me. Whats a good rate per image for detailed mandala work?
Hmmm...so this is a great question! Its kinda hard to tell sometimes when you're dealing with different freelancers. If you dont mind me asking how much is he charging you and what work are you having done?
@@YourChicGeek These are original animal mandalas. He couldn't really do the whole thing for me because Im too picky. So he will do the mandalas and Ill do the rest. 8.95 each.
I hired someone on that platform to help me with my I.V. therapy book. I was charged $115 dollars for them to make some arrangements and edit....nothing was changed and I was out money 😣... now I'm afraid to get assistance and my book sits in my computer
Oh no! There are some great freelancers out there. Its sometime best to give your contractors test projects before giving them the full thing. I have a few freelancers that Ive used that are good. If u want I can give you their information.
@@YourChicGeek Thank you! Yes! [And] I'm so glad I found you! I was able to put a journal on Amazon just now with your assistance!!! I think I messed up a good deal but I'll get better at this! Thanks again!!!!
@YourChicGeek Yes, plz share some Great Freelancers on Fivver. I know you responded to someone else, but I'd Appreciate the information as well. Thanks!😊
Great video! Do you have them sign NDAs and a contract that states you own copyright on the work and it can’t be sold to anyone else, or used by them in any way? I’ve been curious about this. Thanks!
Hey there! You definitely can have them sign an NDA or just make sure that whatever it is that they create for you comes with commercial use and that its either written in an agreement or in the gig that you pay for. I make sure that all of my gigs have commercial use in them. Hope this helps!
Does it make any difference if I upload epub or .kpf file ? Because it shows [Print Replica]when I upload book in kpf file. So which one should I prefer for uploading in amazon only ?
Hmmm this can depend on the platform you are uploading your book to. With ePub files these are typically used for Kindle Books. I normally upload PDF files for paperback books on Amazon.

Awww this means a lot! Thanks Mike. I have a NEW video coming out tomorrow that you dont wanna miss especially if youre a Canva user.
I have used Fiverr since 2020, yet I learned so much from your video. THANK YOU! Like they say, you don't know what you don't know!
Awwww thanks so much! Glad it was helpful for ya.
I need to let go of some things for sure 😅... Thanks Kim, I'm going to check out some Fiverr gigs. I definitely need to outsource some things.
