I love Sam's typical gym videos, but I'd really like to see him do more content with the hostile team. Especially the food aspect, it motivates me to eat more which has always been the most difficult part of building muscle for me!
It's good to see someone with experience helping him instead of discouraging or critiquing him. He obviously have the work ethic and drive.
Keep morphing the young buck Fouad! Listen to him and let him do his thing, but continue to teach, encourage him, and most of all train him hard like you can.

That would make me feel too full and sluggish
Eat 1-2 hours before your lift
Eat 2-3 hours before a workout. Coffe, 6g Citruline + Banana 30-40 minutes preworkout.
Before. The food takes a while to digest anyway so you'll get good lift and recovery benefits.

100 grams of protein in one meal. How many grams of that will the muscles actually absorb? Reason I ask is because I just recently started back lifting again after a 19+ year Layoff and I've discovered that some of the things we swore by back then has now been debunked!
