My shoulders were getting tense 😬 watching Alex tack up I wanted to reach through the phone and help him so bad!! But he mostly got it done. My husband tacks up like that to not a horse person 🤣 a fun video ❤️

Codi is a rockstar! It is so scary when your horse falls on you and then you got to try and put that out of your head in the next barrel run…It really can mess with your mind….Codi, great job! Alex tacking up Florari was a kick…very patient and cooperative horse and cant believe that cat is just sunning itself with all the commotion going on around it…too cute! Thanks for sharing!

Florari might just be one of the most patient mares around. I died laughing, partly thinking of how horrible my hubby would fail trying to tack up a horse. Next time have more fun and give him a fun English bridle!

I watched this on my TV. I laugh so much each time we see Alex try to do something "Cowboy" like. For example , the cows. Its just so funny. He is very confident when he does these things. Like in the Cow video he said something like ," When I was little I lived right by a dairy farm. I am very experienced!" And now hes like ," I know more than they think I know. I'm what you would call an expert!

I have been in the hunter, eq and show jumper world for a few decades but haven’t tacked up western horse ever probably would look like a beginner. I have learned so much watching your channel you definitely have caused a curiosity in barrel racing even though still don’t understand all of the terms.
My husband just learned to put on a rope halter properly! lol Its a life skill! This is so great, love all your posts
