The pH of your skin might affect how a fragrance smells. Fragrances may seem more muted on you if your skin has an acidic complexion. However, the same perfume can smell stronger on skin that is more alkaline.

Petal Parade gives me Prada Paradoxe 95% on the dry down. The opening for Viva Vanilla gives Vanilla 28 on opening but not on dry down...

I was super impressed with this collection! Absolutely love it and the performance was a little better than their normal lines. Petal Parade smells like Paradox and a little bit of My Way. I love It and If You Musk.

The only new mist I got from the sale is the Viva Vanilla and I ended up getting a Champagne Toast candle, and some of the hand soaps they had a special on.
The notes for Viva Vanilla reminded me so much of the Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 40, which is my favorite fragrance mist of all time (especially layering with Vanilla 28❤). Really excited for it to come in the mail!
The only one I got was Covered in Roses. Wearing it today with Givenchy Irresistible and I used the You’re the One shower gel 🕺🏾🕺🏾

Thank you for this video. I found them at my local BBW. The Viva Vanilla is an exact dupe for Vice Vanilla by Snif. There was an ulta next door and I sprayed the Viva Vanilla on my hand and when I went to BBW and sprayed this on - same woodsy sharp top note that dries to vanilla. LOVE IT! Love your videos. Thank you!

Girl don’t sleep on the new Gingham that came out in the men’s line, it’s literally so good and long lasting, and doesn’t smell masculine at all. It’s like a fresh/fruity/aquatic scent.

On The Horizon is 100% Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Intense pour femme. I own both fragrances and they are identical. The BBW mist has a little bit of an alcohol base at first smell, but dries down exactly as Light Blue Intense.
Ksenja, I had to buy Covered in Roses the same day I tried it. It lasts for so long! I can still smell it the next day on my skin. If You Musk is so pretty and an easy reach. On the Horizon is a nice, fresh everyday fragrance. It has a woody vibe to it on my skin also that I enjoy. I love it with Phlur Missing Person body oil on my pulse points. It was worth it to me to get them before the sale. Now for the sale, I’ll get backups and different ones 😊

Viva Vanilla gives me Cheirosa 60 and mod Vanilla vibes but more incense or woody notes, it is my Fav!!
Petal Parade & Pink Obsessed are my faves of the collection.
Petal Parade smells exactly like Fiji Subshine Guava Tini. I think it’s the fact that they both have orange and floral. If you have both spray them both on your skin and wait til they dry down and tell me I’m wrong. 😊

I went in yesterday and the BBW associate showed me an email where it stated the actual perfumes they duped! The Vanilla one is Mod Vanilla by Ariana Grande😮

I have Mod Vanilla and it’s definitely not it. It’s way closer to Snif Vanilla Vice and Vanilla 28. I don’t think the store or BBW has released an official list of what fragrance it’s duping. These are usually what people are finding on TikTok or other reviews.
@@nolasalazar yeah, I don’t think they have released it to the public but the email the lady showed me looked like a legit email they send to their employees. It looked liked it was sent to a BBW distro.

my fav used to be Warm Vanilla Sugar, but it has been forever replaced by Sweetheart Cherry! it is legit a Sol De Janeiro "Brazilian Crush/Cheirosa 62" but with a splash of Tom Ford's "Lost Cherry". I was reading that the Viva Vanilla smelled like straight up celery
On The Horizon is a D&G Light Blue dupe. Floral Fantasy was inspired by V&R Flowebomb.
I got Pink Obsessed to see how it compared to Born In Roma...... it smells similar but I definately prefer the perfume. I just ordered the Viva Vanilla and I'm hoping I love it!

Bourbon, strawberry and vanilla is in the same style packaging as well. I was so excited for that fragrance to return! But now that I’ve received it I’m bummed out it is so watered down from the original release in 2015! The original Strawberry note had way more of a punch, much more strawberry and this release is So Weak!! Thank God I still have a few bottles left from 2015. It’s my favorite strawberry scent from BBW.

I ordered 6 bottles of Covered In Roses this morning after finally smelling it in person yesterday and picking up one bottle. I paired it with my Whipped Rose and Vanilla body cream and my Lancome Idole perfume today and it's PERFECTION 😊🩷

Unfortunately we don't have BBW where I live. But people, don't sleep on Zara's fragrances, they have been duping all these higher end perfumes for such a long time now. Their's are real perfumes in actual pretty glass bottles, and mostly cheaper than BBW's regular prices. They have dupes of Angle's Share, Lost Cherry, Santal 33, Eilish, Delina, Baccarat and so many more.

I didn't see them in my store. I did get pineapple showergel, tropidelic spray,tropidelic lotion,fugi spray,lotion showergel. 2 sprays for hubby. I really wanted the viva vanilla,pink obsessed and the pink petals,covered in roses. But I do have over 200 mists.
Viva Vanilla gives Marc Jacobs Decadence ,wild Vanilla Orchid by floral street, and sniff vanilla vice vibes.
They’re only in certain stores right as a trial run. If they do well, they will go to more stores.

You know what would be a good video? One on hair mists - like mists for body and hair but mainly due to the hair bec I just bought one that was supposed to be vanilla . Even the reviews “vanilla cupcakes” and it smells like straight gross perfume. I’m so sad cause it was expensive . There’s no obvious vanilla scent there
I was so let down by “if you musk”, it smells nothing like “glossier you”. I’m tired of people making a plain musk and then people immediately comparing it to glossier you

Viva Vanilla is a 95% dupe of Vanilla Insensèe by Aletier Cologne. I only have a sample of that one and I am SO jazzed to have a giant body spray of it.

Petal Parade is very Prada Paradoxe leaning.

Floral Fantasy is actually a dupe for Flower Bomb. I’ve been wearing it for a couple of days and it layers perfectly with Flower Bomb. I think Floral Fantasy is one of the best in the collection. It’s gorgeous, long lasting and has this deep sexiness to it. I do agree with you on Oh Cherry. I think it’s a very pretty cherry, it’s soft and smooth instead of being too tart or medicinal like cherry fragrances can be. I absolutely love Vanilla Vice, I’m a vanilla obsessed fragrance lover and collector. I bought six bottles! I think it’s actually a combination of Snif Vanilla Vice and Vanilla 28. I’ve heard other comparisons to Eilish and Mod Vanilla and but I completely disagree with those comparisons.
Also, Petal Parade is suppose to be a dupe for Prada Paradoxe but it’s also been compared to My Way, which is probably why I didn’t like it. I don’t care for My Way, I’ve never gotten the appeal.

Floral fantasy smells like YSL mon paris to me. Ive never smelled the Lancome one so it may smell like that also!
I would love to know the scents they were trying to dupe without us all guessing! Viva vanilla especially. Mostly i hear eilish and boy i find them incredibly different! Also mod vanilla is too simple and sweet. To me its by far the closest to vanilla woods. I mean it smells like 90% the same to wicked vanilla woods which was a dupe of that.. would love to know the inspo and who's right lol.
I agree with la vie este belle. Im surprised people dont notice. I sprayed luminous next to floral fantasy 10 times. They are suuuuuper close to the point where i dont need both.. Floral fantasy does smell dead on like flowerbomb but LVEB and flowerbomb are super alike. So that makes floral fantasy and luminous pretty much interchangeable. But not many people have noticed surprisingly. My nose sadly never forgets anything so nothing is ever new. I connect dots always.. im a blood hound and its kind of annoying. 😂
On the Horizon and Viva Vanilla are the winners for me. I have no idea what the former is duping. I've sniffed all the freshies, I have samples of many, but it definitely smells like an "expensive" summer scent.
I only spritzed the BBWs on paper vs my skin sampling of the others, but I'd say Santal 33 smells better than the dupe (I get pickles much more with the latter), but it's ridiculously expensive and is actually *too* potent and long-lasting. If You Musk has the obvious pencil shavings note of You, but was surprisingly sweeter.
All of the BBW collection is good quality, and I think think there's something for everyone.
Also the fingers with which I held the paper strips while I tested these smelled sooo sweet after spraying all of them. They layered up nicely, tbh!
I have Lost Cherry. It’s always confusing to me how people have issues with longevity. Mine is overpowering and I only wear it when I want to smell like it for a long time. It never quits on me and I have to spray so lightly! 🤔
