I hate the “don’t spray your Victoria’s Secret/Bath & Body Works” near my Chanel. I have Parfums de Marly, Dior, Kilian, and YSL and still opt for Bath & Body Works and VS sometimes!
Not to mention the classist vibe of that original statement. In this economy it’s smarter to shop body care sales from VS and B&BW.

I used to think that 😢 my friend made me twitch every time she mixed j'adore with a body mist.
But when I tried you're d one with idole , I fell in complete love with the combination, Now I mixed all my BBW with regular perfume
i loved this video! i will never understand a perfume snob. you can get some pricey perfumes that don’t smell that great and have pretty poor performance (Tom Ford, i’m looking at you 👀)

@@ksenja6023 Absolutely!! People have to wake up and stop paying that much for Eau De Cologne's though, or it will never improve. It's only 3 -5% perfume oil (compared to 20% in Eau De Parfum) and people are not only wasting their money on these fragrances, they're COMPLAINING about the performance?? Like, what did you think you were going to get out of a COLOGNE??! 😳
im the b*tch with the celebrity perfume collection and body sprays and whatnot so everytime the perfume snobs open their mouths i feel personally victimized 😭😭😭

As someone that has a very sensitive head (as in, just someone else wearing too much or a certain kind of perfume in public leaves me with a migraine for the rest of the day) I almost exclusively use body sprays because they’re not very strong. But I also really love the “girly”, “childish”, sugary scents. I love smelling like a bakery. Lol

This is going to make me get into body sprays again. I've been listening to other fragrance reviewers diss the longevity of bath and body works but at the same time they'll shill for perfumes/perfume brands that are expensive and don't last might as well spend and save my money on body sprays.
Yeah tbh I think there’s a bias that IF you’re paying more you MUST be getting better quality and esp lately that’s just not true. I think people continue to tell themselves that to justify what they’re spending on brands like Tom ford and jo Malone which are giving less longevity than bbws best scents

I have and love all of these plus many more--don't even get me started on Snowflakes & Cashmere! I think many "snobs" believe that B&BWs hasn't moved past those first generation offerings of Cucumber Melon or Sweet Pea but they have and they're putting out amazing scents, even if they are ffms. The whole purpose of fragrance is to smell good and, whether it costs $5 or $500, something that smells good simply smells good.

I love Into The Night, Sunrise Woods, Twilight Woods, Midnight Amber Glow, Dark Kiss and so much more. The list goes on and on with body sprays one can use. Been shopping at BBW since the early 2000's and I have not looked back.
Twilight woods is one of my all time faves! Wish they had it on the Canadian website though!
I'm wearing Fairytale today actually, its a beautiful scent! I wore it to my mother-in-law's funeral in 2022 because I wanted a scent that was nice without being loud or heavy. I knew there would be a lot of hugging happening and I wanted something that was comforting but in the background so people wouldn't be distracted by it. It was perfect for that and what's weird is even though it makes me think of her funeral every time I wear it, it gives me a good feeling of all the love, a very nice sensory memory.
Over spraying is the trick. At BBW price point you can afford to go nuts. I sometimes spray my curtains, throws & throw pillows & my bedding. It smells so nice! Still NOT too much at all. Just fun to play :-)
I use mine as room sprays and spray them in my car too.

I'd like to add pure wonder, fireside flurries, into the night, snowflakes and cashmere, rose. These are also top notch options from bbw!
Ive always wore body mists, as well as perfumes, however, ive only ever been able to afford one or two perfumes at a time. Im 42, and i actually have never tried bath and body works yet, until this very sale. So i bought 6 fragrance mists, and im in love with them (only one fragrance i chose, i am not a fan of). Dream bright is my fav blind buy. Wow im obsessed with it and lasts all day. Ive always love body mists, and always had great perfomamce with the majority. Perfumes however, especially in the last 10 years, have really changed, especially when they change their formula for the worse, but the price continues to go up.
Girl, not sure what these elitists are on, but I have gotten complimented on even BASIC bbw scents at work, at home, and by strangers. Also s/o to you, for putting me on to You're the One! I'm rediscovering my likes, and trying a lot of new scents because of your videos. 100% went ham on last year's sale!

I collect both perfumes and body sprays and am so tired of hearing reviewers put down body sprays but then settle for a perfume that doesn’t last and they’re ok with that… doesn’t make sense but what can you do lol to me you’re the one smells like a mix between miss Dior and La nuit tresor, I absolutely love it along with all the others you mentioned. Also wicked vanilla woods to me smells so much like kayali vanilla sugared patchouli. I love your videos and look forward them ❤

Any body spray I wear to work everyone can smell them all day !!!!! I work in a big warehouse and everyone says they smell it through the entire warehouse before even walking in 😂😂 for real I love my perfume but body sprays do the job any and every time !!!

I wear actual perfumes and body mists, and I literally get my most compliments on my B&BW's body sprays 😂😂 When I tell them what I'm wearing they are shocked.
Love this! 💖 I’m passionate about this too - especially in gourmand fragrances. People can certainly buy gourmand perfumes for hundreds of dollars but I prefer to buy something almost the same for less than $10 🤷🏻♀️

I love all the bakery dessert type scent!!! Sweet petal poundcake, iced lemon pound, Christmas cookies, coconut cream pie, coconut milkshake, orange vanilla twist, bubble gum pop, firecracker pop, strawberry soda, im sure there's many more but i cant think of them right at the moment 😂

My fave luxurious smelling scents from BBW are Dahlia, Cozy Vanilla Bourbon (has mod vanilla + commodity milk vibes), and Gingham Fresh (similar to Marc Jacobs Perfect)
Try BBW Poppy. That’s also a good sub for Perfect!

@jojo3389 I use Fall in Bloom, Fairytale, Gingham Gorgeous,Whipped Rose Vanilla, Hope(discontinued). I pair it with the coordinating body wash and lotion, and it last about 6-8 hours.
In the Stars, You're the One, Sensual Amber and Velvet Petals Untamed are some of my faves, as far as 'expensive' smelling mists! Also, IMO, Whipped Rose Latte and Gingham Love are very similar to You're the One.

I loOOove the OG Jimmy Choo. I was scared of the patchouli like you, but I don’t detect it at all. On me it’s this gorgeous clean pear/toffee scent. I think the patch just helps with the longevity- it hangs around on my clothes even after I wash them🤎

Really love this video! You have a lot of my favorites specifically fairytale and whipped rose latte. I have had people tell me they loved some thing that I was wearing and when I told him it was a body spray they were definitely shocked. Snowflakes and Cashmere is one of the ones that seems to have people thinking it’s expensive when I wear it alone, I layer that with the various black opiums sometimes and it really layers well and then gets more compliments.

We don’t have B&BW available in my country but we have Victoria Secret and Oh boy I own a lot of VS body mist and my friends always ask me what perfume I’m wearing.. I loove body mist and layering them with my fav perfumes from Lathafa Oh boy I smell good the whole day
I really enjoyed this. We have Bath and Boy works in Australia but they don’t have all the scents you have there. I did order Luminous Body spray last week so I am excited to try it. We don’t have many stores here either.
I have Luminous and it is my favorite next to Sensual Amber! I love layering them together and layering it with In To The Night!

Excellent video! I started collected perfume a couple of years ago (designer) but got worn out financially. And, I just wasn’t finding “the one” I couldn’t live without - if that makes sense. I revisited B&BW and was pleasantly surprised! I’m happy that you spoke about a lot of my favorites (because you’re the expert and I’m the newbie) I wanted to add that ‘You’re The One’ smells very close to Angel Nova! (Which I own and love). Now I need to check out some of those VS mists. My problem is storing all of these bottles! P.S…. you are so adorable! New sub 😊
