These male characters showed a lot of personality in this episode. Later, Richie was not used much, and Deacon became taciturn. I would have enjoyed less arguing between Carrie and Doug, and more of these four guys.
Without Arthur warning him Doug would not care about that mold till it would be painfully obvious, maybe even harmfull for him spending his time in the basement. Who knows?
Idk if it was the right mood just to make Carrie happy. It's revealed in a future episode that the basement is a freezer. And Doug doesn't have "his own space".
Deacon: "Pull the covers off...Pull the covers off"....LMAO
This was the pilot?? This show kicked off very strong. No single sitcom today is this good.
That is a sad statement, my friend.
2:12 "What's a duvet?" One of the best lines in the entire series.
Just the way, he says it, and the simple fact that most men that age or a lot of people don’t know what duvets are
😂😂
Lol, Richies face when Spence pulls the sheets up 😂😂😂Best sitcom even in my opinion.
Says a lot that this is the best sitcom even in your opinion.
Yea lol what an Ass haha
Yes hahaha 😂😂😂😂
Yes hahaha😂😂😂😂
I love the Kings of Queens 😂😂
Richie's last question at the end was crazy lol 😂😂😂
Yes
I was in stitches when doug handed Carrie and her sister a pillow and imitating whacking each other after Richie's comment
"Euthanasia? Do we dare?" 😆
😂😂😂😂😂
I died when Deacon said pull the covers off🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
PULL THE COVERS OFF!
Doug is real good at crying

Me eating a sandwich in Richie’s voice: what’s a taciturn?
Richie had that strong thick Brooklyn Italian accent
Deacon: "PULL THE COVERS OFF"
It's drafty. My legs--
This is from the pilot
What's a duvet?
I don't know but she was point to that area when she said it 🤣🤣🤣
😂
😂😂 A duvet is used as the top layer for bedding to keep sleepers warm
This whole scene had me dying 🤣🤣
Spence is such an underrated funny character 😅
Pull the covers off.
Fun fact: Doug’s friends were never supposed to be part of the main cast just this one episode maybe recurring.
Richie was criminally underused!
I’ve seen this show a thousand times but I’ve never seen this scene somehow
Is this Egyptian cotton?😅
I wish TV Land would play all the episodes of King of Queens. :(
I feel bad for Doug. Carrie is manipulative.
And so is he.
Whatever happened to her sister.
I read somewhere that they ran out of story for her and just wrote her off. 🤷♂
@@divsyntax9720 they should have set her up with Richie. It would have given writers room to keep them both on the show
Especially after Richie got divorced from his wife.
@@cya2139 or they could have set her up with suspense the last couple episodes she was in it looked like they were going to go that way
@@jx5189 Spencer reeks of simp.
Later on in the episode Doug thought about what Ritchie said 😃
What item survived the fire?
The hot plate
@@Helmuesi911 Correct.
the box where Arthur is hiding a ton of letters for Carrie.
Like an invitation to college or a love letter from some rich guy.
@@cumexolaf3276 and his photo album including the one with Mussolini, of course he is upside down
this would be tough on any guy
Pump him full of Jello. 😆
I would have told Carrie no. She’s out of her mind. Manipulating Doug
Those nonexistent tears tears dried up immediately after he said yes.
