I’m %99 sure the flintstones effect is like in the show where the “cars” don’t have pedals and you have to run to get the car to go somewhere
I assume he had to mash W (like hitting your feet on the ground) and he was just holding it like you normally would (for the pedal)
He knew it was based on the Flinstones but he just didn't know how to get the car to move forward as holding W didnt seem to work. Either a bug or something that caused it to not work properly I'd assume.
I looked it up, you have to press sprint instead of W. He was using the wrong shift key for sprint so didn't figure that out.

I don't know why i am surprised that Kevin has been recording on a standing desk, it should have been obvious. Now i feel like i am experiencing mandela effect
only in more recent videos, i don't think he's had it for long. basically, if he's moving around more he's standing, but he still sits pretty frequently (and i mean, standing desks are made so you can switch it up)

Monstertruck - Vertically spins your vehicle upward.
NoDriveBy - Possibly can't shoot while driving.
MissionSuicide - The hardest difficulty during missions.
NoMagicalBackpack - Assuming that you only have one weapon, no matter if you pick up/bought weapons.
Bounce - Same as "Bouncy Vehicles", but not that much bouncy.
