- I subscribed to both youtubers and will not unsubscribe them since they produce good criticism videos of Islam. We should continue to support all Ex Muslims. Although, as we all may aware, not all ex muslims are alike. It seems Aladdin finally broke out and attacked on AP for views that he did not agree with. It is disappointing, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Apostate Aladdin doesn't give me the energy of a true ex-Muslim. Someone who leaves something that is seen as very bad wouldn't go public to be critical of another ex-Muslim and sympathizing with Muslim Arabs that are very hostile to Jews and any other non-Muslim. Lastly, his claim that Christianity is more dangerous than Islam says it all!

Noone seems to have noticed that Alladdin at the beginning of his channel was not like he became. What made him change to be almost an apologist for Islam is Hassan Radwan.
They both dispise Christians and now get triggered when people harshly criticize Islam or Muslims for the atrocities they keep on committing all over the world.
I wanted to add. They both get triggered because they cannot handle the fact they were once part of the cult. Especially Hassan being such an imbe cile for so many years knowing all the vile things endorsed in Islam( such as wi bea ti ng , etc) still they cant let go of the mind set. They have an inferiority complex, they are still emotionally attached to Islam, and cannot handle that people ridicule what they once hold dear.

He would get triggered when people would ridicule Islam. Many years ago read one of his comments chastising someone about an animation ridiculing Islam. It was silly. No need to be serious over a silly animation.
He is still emotionally attached to Islam. He was a Muslim for many years and I think it is hard for him to shake it off. He believes people should be very careful and tip toewing and pander to Muslim sensitivities.
I do not understand why they have to be treated as if they are little children unable to take robust criticism and ridicule.
He started supporting Alladdin and I noticed a change in him. I connected the dots.

I used to listen to AA but unsubscribed a few yrs ago, found it too dull and kind of sleep inducing.

the fight between Alandin and A.P could be dangerous, it will divide our Umah.
AP does have a soft corner for Christians but it's not that bad as Aldain made it sound. Aladin seems to have the messiah complex who wishes to speak for everyone and will throw those who are on his side under the bus to seek validation from others. He makes his criticism of AP humanist but is very narcissistic and totalitarian in nature.

It's true that most Americas are Christian, but the USA is a secular country, which is not supposed to have laws based on religion.
I agree that Muslim theocracies are worse than a Christian theocracy would be, but it still won't be great for non-Christians, women, & LGBT people. Also, Christian Nationalists kill Jews. There were multiple shootings in synagogues during the past several years.

The foundation for Christianity is the New Testament which in no way shape or form commands violence of any kind (especially not against Jews!!!). So shootings in synagogues can in no way be inspired by the New Testament.
True & yes Ive lived in a red state my whole life & have thrown the term christofascist around at some right wingers here but Christianity is already embedded in our govt/laws to a certain extent but the Founding Fathers knew the dangers of religion so freedom of & from religion/separation of church & state was embedded in it also. That said dont know 100% if that would be the situation, all Christians dont have that "white nationalist" type of Christian beliefs. LGBT, Jewish ppl etc would be fine if it were certain Christians. If it were the type that make up groups like the kkk etc then yeah they'd be bad for them & everyone else. All Christians arent of that ilk & mindset, plenty do subscribe to the golden rule "do onto others. ." It is a minority that wants the USA to be a Christian theocracy, and this minority is hostile to Jews, LGBT, etc. That said, I would not want laws based on religion even if there was no violence. That is against the constitution. The way to prevent an Islamic takeover is to take the separation of religion and state seriously and not give religious people any special accomodations. Everyone follows the law.

Came to this video from Reddit, expecting to disagree and even get a little annoyed. But I am wrong. You have a decent take on this. I don’t agree with AP and DW’s methods on all things. But now I understand the backlash a little better. I hope AA can get back into the fold, maybe correct himself. I still subscribe and support his channel. He took some missteps. I don’t think leaving Islam is an exact science and you gotta give room for people to make errors without treating them like a pariah. AA has done some good. Every little bit matters.

I notice that people who have never encountered or faced the threath of persecution , have a very 'romantic' view on certain harmfull religions or political reign for that matter. It seems to me , that Alladin also buys into the beliefsystem as well that Coexist within religion is a possible thing. A unichorn does not exist. Neither does coexist within or with other religions. Atheïsm rejects religion, Islam wants to subject , the Catholics want to be universal , Judaïsme will not bow for politicians ( and the state of Israël is still secular ) hindoes and boeddisme clashes , and Bible believing Christians, such as myself and D. Wood believe that only Christ is the Way to God the Father. And we disagree with all the others. We love the people, but we disagree on the way to salvation or life after death.

I strongly supported Alladin when he started but quickly realised he is incredibly confused about the real Islam and what is really going on. I stopped watching his videos a long time ago. I hope he grows out of his childish mindset.

We take pictures from satellites around the earth every day and have yet to get a picture of heaven. The idea of flying to heaven on a horse or ascending to heaven as God is equally ridicules.
One might leave Islam but one is still a Muslim by identity and will be hurt by insulting references to the Quran and the prophet by non-Muslims. As a Hindu, I feel Hindus should not get involved in the dialogue between apologists for Isam and ex-Muslims. They should respectfully listen to both sides and stop it at that.
Christians and Jews on the other hand do have a basis for argument with Muslims about the Muslim view on the Torah, Moses, Jesus, New Testament etc. But they can keep it respectful while they disagree.

Why would I be hurt if Quran or Mohammad are criticized? Makes no sense. AA is most likely an Arab (he mentions he grew up in Saudi Arabia) and sides with the Arab Palestinians due to his Arab background.
I think AP and David Wood (especially David) sometimes criticize Islam in such a naive and unsophisticated way that they unintentionally create an easy strawman for Muslim apologetics to use that as an example to "debunk" them before Muslim audience. For example I recently watched a video on ramadan fasting by David which had so many wrong and uninformed arguments that it felt almost like giving Muslim apologetics a field day for free. Similar things happen when AP supports some of the unconfirmed conspiracies in Hamas-Isreal conflict. It just raises question mark on his objectivity that could be used by Muslims against the whole ex Muslim narrative. Even though you don't think AP as a "representative" or something like that, the Muslim counternarrative will find a way to make it look like as such. I think Aladin was warning us to this danger.

My only grievance with AP is that he also attacked christianity and judaism too. Of course, he realised by doing that he lost some subscribers and sided with David, a christian apologist, to counter the loss of christian subscribers. His militant atheism sometimes goes too far and he becomes anoying.

If Apostate prophet is trying to enlighten people, what he is doing now is wrong, Alaaddin is right. But if Apostate Prop. is trying to satisfy his "enlightent" ego, or if he is trying to win audiances from non muslims, ok, he can continue this nasty attitude.

When I was a good muslim I met David Woods old videos, he was not mocking islam or prophet, he was critisizing in a decent way. I watched them and helped me for enlightenment. But if I met his videos he made today I would not watch them. Mocking and insuting is a kind of fight, war. And in the fight you dont listen to your enemies, even if they are right.

Great video. I just want to correct one thing: usa is NOT a christian countrey. It has a secular constitution and christianity is not the state religion. There are no christian laws (well all christian countreys evolved in this way). Only secular laws. Yes christians are majority but thats all.

Ex muslim myself for a decade now, and I've got to say it was fun to listen to AP for a short while, but his style no longer brings value, but rather more negative stereotype of an angry ex muslim who is yet to mature out of their resentment while remaining a critic of Islam. It makes absolute sense for a muslim who is curios to feel rather uncomfortable when watching AP and to develop the sense that Ex Muslims are merely unmatured children with daddy issues and not serious individuals , specially his unsettling continuous unholy alliance with different religions just against one other religion. That is not to say you can not make jokes and harsh critiques against a religion and have moments of agreements with people from different backgrounds , but for that to become your brand.. i find it extremely unappealing and no longer useful as a representative image for people who decide to walk away from islam. AA has merely stated the obvious that many ex muslims like myself have felt for a while now.
The reason you feel this way and others like you as well is because you guys are still emotionally attached to Islam.
I am a former Christian. People bash Christianity all day long. There are entire channel against Christians.

I get the sense that Aladdin is a bit sensitive about the jokes but I think there should be concern with the association that Apostate Prophet has with David Woods. David Woods is not an atheist. He might hold bigoted views on homosexuals since he is Christian. I also understand why Apostate Prophet has a distain for Islam and Muslim Culture to make comments about how Israel should be harsher. He feels an disconnection for obvious reasons I would feel the same way if I grew up in a culture like that.
