Really great lesson here.
Do you mind if you could share some tips on how to figure out the chord and progression especially when Tatsuro's music sometimes incorporate chords that is not in the diatonic scale? like at 5:33?

Thanks so much! It's all diatonic. You need to understand two things.
1) Basic pop/rock songs 2) Jazz Standards
3) Music Theory Then you can hear each chord's function.
