Loksabha elections should be held in 2024. After 2.5 years the State election should happen. So that we will have a system of checks and balances. Otherwise the government will become too centralised and powerful and will lead to dictatorship. And common people will suffer.

Mere bade papa ASP hai aur unko maloom hai ki kitna problem hota hai har 2-3 mahine me election hona kyuki unka duty laga rehta hai dhoop me barsat me har 2-3 mahine me , mayor election, vidhan sabha, municipality election, etc wo to one nation one election ka samarthan karte hai

Pahle Loksabha k chunav ho or uske 2.5 sal me Vidhansabha k chunav hone chaiye taki Rastriya or Regional muddo k takrav na ho or sarkaro par dabav ho ki unko kam karna hai taki vo mid test k roop me apne apne kaam janata k samne rakh sake
Good idea. Instead of 2.5 years, can be done 6 months apart as well

Each option has it’s own pros and cons but if it good for future of our country and our people in the sense of all citizens not one or two factions of ….not violating FR , It is recommendable.

Benefits:
1) A Voter need to spend only one day for National and State Election.
2) 2019 Election cost for Government is around 60,000 Crore. All extra election increases the spending. It will get reduced.
3) Money can be used for some benefitable schemes than for conducting Elections
4) Around 1 Year before elections, most politicians gets busy with Politics than Governance works. So India's growth get impacted. No crucial bills will get passed, all unwanted issues pops up.
5) Lot of political dramas will end. Like Hate Speeches, Freebies, subsidies, cases against leaders election time dramas bla bla.
6) Short term politics can be avoided. Just for election winning parties will give up subsides, offers etc.
Problems
1) One Nation, One Election continued in India from 1952 till 1967, it breaked due to presidency rules in some states.
2) If Center fails or state fails before 5 years term, how one nation one vote is possible ?
3) More Elections, more democracy, less elections, less democracy.
4) Election expenses may increase more, as since it's one time. Every party will spend a lot to get it.
5) Issue which is more popular like border wars, Civil Rights, may change results of election, than local issues like No water, roads not good etc.

State assemblies formed after by election should have TERM equivalent to the remaining period and not whole 5 years.

How will importance of regional issues decreased? In Odisha, it is being followed. State and center are ruled by different parties and state development is dependent on state govt. But if it is some other issue with other state, it depends. Can you give an example

Re-election can't be done if (1) the next election is scheduled in less than 2 years.[President rule]
If Current Govt is step down from it's post Re-election will be done but the time period will change.

whatever you told that regional things will be overshadowed not at all like that even until you highlight the regional topic you are not going to win regional election And even I think party will focus more on regional rather than central because major party participation has high dominance in central one .

Very well explained. My personal view is that the pros of the concept of ONOE are more than it's cons. Looking at the accountability problem, most of the parties give freebies during their pre poll promise which is anyway not good for our economy. Another problem that you mentioned is what if the govt doesn't run for its full term. In that case, the newly formed govt can run for the remaining time only. This will also have the advantage that the people and parties will try very hard to form a stable govt.
