I will give you the same compliment. I gave Tony Walker. I have been listening to audiobooks since I was seven years old as I am a totally blind person. You and Tony are two of the best! Thank you for the delightful well read well enacted stories. And by the way, that means I’ve been listening to audiobooks for. 65 years so that makes me an expert lol 1:23
Thank you Clayton for watching and listening closely. This was the first one I did and I certainly did mispronounce it. But I think I've got it right now. Would you have a listen to The Scorched Face th-cam.com/video/b9s7USeHSOU/w-d-xo.html and let me know if I get it right in that one? Many thanks once again.
@Clayton Kilbourne Evan pronounced a first name in a not-typical way. In commenting on it, you misspelled Evan's name. Was that deliberate? Isn't it worse? On a page with text version provided. Where he had said "I spell my name 'X'." And you spelled X wrong...when addressing X. Pronounced wrong according to whom? Do you know how Hammett pronounced his first name? what about dialect? Whose baseline? _Yours?_ Consider lightening up. Consider whether your thing is even, with a wider perspective, even a thing. Or at least don't be guilty of the same fault you're criticizing...within the critical OP.
@@brucebaker810 thank you Bruce for your support. However Clayton is correct. do pronounce it wrong on this my first reading of Hammet. I think I get it right on The Scorched Face, doing Arson by Hammet this week

I like the narration, but the volume is a little low. Could be my phone or whatever. It's easier to turn the volume down, then not enough.
V well read
No background noise! Yay!
They had a row...row rhymes with cow...an argument ❤
How are you reading this while looking into the camera, thanks

Evan for one thing you're saying Dashiell Hammett's first name wrong.
