I wonder if you could share why you do the sole repair before cleaning the shoes. Your channel is excellent, and the process is so interesting; I just wonder about the reasoning behind the order of the steps.

I love these. But I will never understand this obsession with painting the sides of the new soles. 9 times outta ten it looks better before, there's the risk of slipping and ruining the shoe plus it's effort
