    Hey man, that was one of your best videos! Casey Smith is a BEAST. I saw him up on Long Island few weeks ago at the Heavy Hitters Clinic, amazing stuff. I coach a team and will use all of those analogies tomorrow with my hitters. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Casey is a great instructor!! My 11 yr old has hit with him for the last three years. He wouldn't be where he is without Casey. Really makes things easy for kids to understand and do it the right way. Great information and video.......

    The break analogy could be tricky for kids bc then they may start cutting their swing off early trying to stop

    The absolute best explanation and analogies of the swing I have ever heard or seen! One question, do you load first and then step or do them simultaneously?

    • @marcusmaire8197
      @marcusmaire8197 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you shift your lower body weight to your back hip first. Then your step is when you gain ground and land with your weight 50/50. I think you load your hands on the forward movement of the step.

    I throw high sidearm to low 3/4 I just dropped down about a month ago, I have a lot more speed, location and movement, I was throwing 73- 78 mph from release when I was throwing overhand, I'm trying to develop a change-up, I just dont understand it that much, can you give me some tips?

    It is important to which university you go to be able to enter the draft ?

    • @YouGoPro

      Anthony Ventura Mieses to some degree buy it does not make or break you

    • @Jessirskiii
      @Jessirskiii 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you go to a D1 it’s improves you’re chances of being noticed and taken early in the draft but D3 and 2 are still scouted and if your really good it doesn’t matter

    • @jamesonbornholdt7302
      @jamesonbornholdt7302 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Somebody was drafted in late rounds from my community college. You can still get noticed at lower-level colleges/universities but you will probably not be chosen early in the draft which also means you won't start as high in the minor league totem pole which means you will need to work a lot harder to eventually make it into the MLB, so if the MLB is your ultimate goal and you want to get there as soon as you can, then you should shoot for well-known and competitive universities. Even if you play at a community college first, you should try to transfer up
