- Purslane plant flower is very easy to grow plant. Let us see how to grow purslane from cutting, which is very easy. Purslane plant propagation can be done from cutting of branches. Purslane propagation can also be done from seeds. But it is a little tougher.
Do you know how to plant purslane? It is easy to grow purslane in containers. Take purslane cuttings from healthy plants. Prepare potting mix. Remove the bottom leaves from the purslane cuttings. Now water the pot. Make 2 to 3-inch hole in the potting mix. Now put the cuttings and tap the soil around the cuttings to set it firmly. Again water the pot to set the planted cuttings.
How to care for Purslane. Here I am giving Purslane Plant care tips.
Potting mix for the purslane plant must be well-drained.
Purslane flower plant is a sun-loving plant. So keep it in 5 to 6 hours of full sunlight. You may avoid harsh sunlight in the noon.
Avoid over watering. Water only after checking the topsoil. If the topsoil is dry then only water the plant.
Organic compost is best to get maximum flowers on purslane. You may also use NPK to get more flowers on purslane.
The botanical name of the ornamental purslane flower is Portulaca Oleracea.

Please add any fungicide while preparing soil mix. Keep the pot in semi shed for 2- 3 days. And then shift to full sunlight. Avoid over watering. Happy gardening.

Can use DAP for table rose plant how many days once
DAP is a slow release fertilizer which is good for the development of healthy root system and foliage growth. But you must use it carefully.
1. Use only 4 to 5 granules in small pots. Burry it under the soil near the edge of the pot, away from the stem of the plant. Water at the same time.
2. Dissolve one table spoon of DAP in one liter of water thoroughly and give about 200 ml in a pot.
3. Don't apply again before 25 to 30 days.
