When it goes up to *octa* drivers they are more complicated to tune it to become flawless. Not only that, I also appreciate their artistry appearance. Love the water on a penny description, a lot of resin faceplates seem like they'd have more of that 3d effect but in person are more flat with the illusion of depth. Based on your thoughts, the graph, the looks and semicustom shell it definitely seems like a great iem, that I'll have to add to my collection.
Your channel grows pretty fast and congrats! I think might be a good idea to share the songs that you used for testing and what your impression on certain parts( vocal/ instrument etc)
Congratulations on 3K. Never really much cared about S12, too bright for my tastes when planars tuned more to my prefs exist like Tangzu Zeitian Wu. KE4 sounds like a nice value point for sampling this new fad of bass boosted slightly tilted JM-1. Great review/comparison.
S12 is still the cult-favorite IEM to this day, and the S12 Anniv. version can be a great purchase if you find the OG S12 to be more spicy and sizzily to your liking.
KE4 looks better than the S12. Looks classy with that dew drop design. Also, great review with explaining the behavior of certain frequency ranges. Very informative. Congrats on 3K, subs, Joyce!
Everyone loves the S12, 2024, KE4, I like the base, interesting point of the vocals position. I like a good bit of base, sub base, good discrption of the trouble and bringing in the guitar nice touch 🙂

I get that's cool to show off the Allegro Mini for this use case, it's a great idea to deal with the no-headphone-jack-anymore-problem, but I think the average attention span of a YT watcher has a hard time dealing with jumping between two different units in the same segments of the video. I may recommend splitting the video into two the next time. Other than that, great so see you here as an up and coming competent audiophile and keep up the good work growing your channel!

I've had the KE4 for a few weeks now. It is tuned extremely well and is very comfortable. There isn't a lot to dislike about that set.
The S12 series seems like a banger series from letshuoer. They release new models and they keep on improving

Crazy how we can experience the meta tuning for $200. It's only a matter of time before sets with the same tuning show up in the $150-$170 range.
