You are using the wrong ground size. You need to get the coffee that comes on the wall and use their wall grinder to make espresso grounds (usually finer than drip coffee grounds which is what you are using). Or get your own grinder and get beans.
Ma'am thats not a machiato since u didn't put any milk in it 🤣 ... since its syrup, milk, espresso and then foam and drizzle of caramel on top but hey u go ahead and pretend thats it lol
