Thanks for info only use s8 for one week (full disclosure I had z2 with 2 Fe's) so now I know !! this the best mixer I have ever purchase from 1978... numark ..radio shack ... GLi. .. rane.. 56... ranettl57.... so I've see a few vestax. .. That's all of them
I love the S8… very powerful unit. Only feedback for NI is to make it faster. Sometimes it lags when choosing effects or tunes. Other than that its amazing.
Can you explain, maybe PM me, the 'Performance mode' on sending an effect. It tries to explain it in the manual but I cannot get it to work in the standalone unit. Not sure if it is a byproduct of them using the full combined mixer manual or my incompetence, but I'd appreciate your help. (Or anyones out there in youtube land). Thanks.
i think the choosing of the effects is not fast enough. and my problem that effects is only good in traktor when they are chained, like in F1 tekken mapping. Anyway, good unit.
