The end result looks fine imo, but I believe you should set rec709 at the end. It crushes information and you get more playroom to adjust colors and stuff if it's at the end of the node tree. Just a tip.. you do as you see best. :)
yeah you are right about that in the new video I grded your method have a look and you are right when you use rec 709 at the end it gives more color information
