You’re right you don’t see many reviews of these, they aren’t very engaging on social media either but seem popular. I always thought the pricing was a little off as the coatings are reasonable but the cleaning products a bit hefty. Good to get some thorough testing and an unbiased review as always 👏🏼
Thanks Nick !, you wouldn’t believe the chasing up I had to do to speak to them about some of the products, a real nightmare to get a hold of, took around a month of emailing to get someone , then once I did get someone they were really helpful

Not exactly blown away by the snowfoam and I'm in complete agreement with you as far as RTU pre-wash products go, definitely not for me. Keep them coming mate, brilliant effort 👌🏼

Very in-depth demonstration and review Graeme, like yourself I hate a RTU citrus, there are so many other options out there that give so much better value for money. Those snowfoams looked very meh, the second one you could actually see the darker lines of dirt as you rinsed where the foam separated out coming down the panel. Great video as allways mate
Thanks Dave , Satsuma is just too watery for my liking and having to buy 2L, it was at the lowest dilution though so I’ll do another update at a stronger dilution when the winter roads are throwing everything at our cars again 🥶

They always strike me as a brand that instagram car guys buy - they like to look after their car but they want to do it with a product which has social media status.

So a ‘scene brand ‘ you think?, certainly expensive accessories they have for the Insta pics, I’d still say their cleaning products work better than some other ‘scene brands’ beginning with A 😂
😂😂 aye there’s a few brands though that focus on that ‘insta car guy’ demographic (i.e. everyone with a modded car gets a discount code….etc) that doesn’t mean they are bad products but it also doesn’t scream honest results does it (I don’t mean CC specifically)

See if only use these types of products on the side windows & rear as I hate windscreens having any kind of product on them whatsoever , love the Autoglanz hydrophobic glass cleaner tho 👌

I just realised I'd not finished watching this video from a few months back 🤦. Dissapointing from the pre washes but none of them have really appealed to me before. I wasn't aware you were a Lusso fan though, have to agree with you though it's a fantastic shampoo esp topped off with the scent. With ref to AG Spritzer I'd defo love to see a video on it this winter. Absolutely one of my favourite citrus pre washes.

Love the channel mate! The pre wash products don't look great to be honest. They may be more suited to regular washing with minimal road film. But a citrus pre wash at that price pre dillute should be amazing! Not for me. But yeah I love the channel mate, absolutely no favouritism to brands and fair honest reviews! On the note of snowfoams being mixed into warm water, I myself have often had the same thought of you.....waste of time!

Other subscriber said warm water helps the initial chemical dilute better for optimal performance but Satauma is not a heavily thick concentrate that it would need the help of hot water to break it down, I just feel some brands just like to make things overly complicated , then make you feel you’ve done something wrong when it doesn’t work out that well , had that with another brand that I won’t touch now 😤

There products are decent used a few of them good video dude I like the hybrid shampoo it's great for my coated evo
I watched that the other day , saw you’d used them, Absolutely love the shampoo, and the ceramics are brilliant too, maybe used more frequently the cleaning chemicals would be better

I've often thought the same about carbon collective. Not ever really seen much fuss made about anything other than their shampoo and no doubt this is probably why. I doubt I'd ever buy any of their chemicals but their ceramics are supposed to be good, especially their rim and oracle coating. Glad you've took the plunge on these instead of me 🤣

Maybe if I didn’t leave my car so long between washes to test chemicals it would be a different story , you know how folk like to use the same chemical brand as ceramics they have installed, I just didn’t get a great experience on the few days I had a play around with them

I think for that price you'd expect them to be good regardless of the condition of the car to begin with. But yeah I get when people want to use the same stuff as their ceramic but I'd just go for whatever game me the best results.

Agree with you about Lusso, smell is so much nicer than the usual sweetshop sickness smells used...
Ultimus is an OK pH neutral foam, really only use these neutral foams for hot summer dust removal jobs (you already know my favourite SF)...
Citrus agreed wouldn't touch an RTU prewash, same reason why I think Först is "Excellent" but too expensive... Spritzer and KKD probably two of the best I've used...
Glass cleaner... one rules them all... GT Glass 👓

Another excellent video Graham, but for me there is absolutely no reason i would even consider any of those products. The citrus cleaner is a joke of a price & the rest of the products look bang average. Keep up the good work, thoroughly enjoyable stuff 👍🏻

I’ve seen the Citrus from CC before and always been put off by the cost. I can easily use 1/4 of the bottle in 1 go. Especially when I bought 5 litres of AG Brute for £16 when it was on offer. I know Brute strictly isn’t a ‘citrus’ pre wash but still does the job. It’s a no brainier for me.
I did but it thinking at the price it was going to be concentrated , I go a bit mental with Citrus in winter and like you can use 500ml on a car easily , Brute is like the TFR equivalent , try Spritzer , even a 500ml bottle lasts ages !!
@@GMDetails you can easily use a bottle with generous application over a whole car I agree. I’ll have to give spritzer a go then in that case.

Good video. Yeah. the snowfoam is not good enough. I've tried a few similar snowfoams from ValetPRO which have the same result. GT all the way! The Citrus pre wash is a joke! Yes please, regarding the AG prewash. Overall, think there's a reason why there's not many reviews of their products on TH-cam.
Thanks Patrick , whilst googling some of the chemicals from the MSDS charts just being nosey and trying to learn what they all do, the ph neutral snowfoam’s main chemical was actually in several other brands snowfoams , Wax & Away is one , and in anotber of the Satsuma foam chemicals appears in Mr Muscle oven cleaner 😬
Obv different strengths etc but nevertheless , worrying

Just picked up there interior QD (Sio2 in it) just why? Streaky hateful and bloody horrible to work with
I didn’t pick up the interior QD for the price alone put me off , glad I didn’t now 😤
The only two CC products I own are the bucket organiser (alright I suppose - it’s blue and holds brushes) and the snow foam lance.
Looks Gucci. It really does, and produced good foam. But the little ‘window’ down the side is useless. You can’t see through it. So you can’t see how much product you’ve used and all measurements have to be done in jugs out of the lance.
Just sits gathering dust now. Shame for nearly 50 quid
And now copied (or was it ever a CC creation 🤔) you can get the exact same one for £20 on KDN detailing website , just shows a massive mark up for a brand label, or is it a copy and the CC one is genuinely worth £50 🤔
@@GMDetails it’s one of the few detailing products I’ve ever been really disappointed with. It’s fine. But the lack of visibility on how much product left in the bottle sucks.
That being said….the MJJC bottle fits on it perfectly. Just had a brainwave and ran off to the shed to see. I’ll be testing which is the better lance with the mjjc bottle when this pesky hosepipe ban finishes
