I've watched a few reactions to this now and no one really seems to care about the chorus. I didn't realize how beautiful and catchy the chorus is until my 5th or 6th listen which is a good thing.
the only complaint i have with bilmuri is when seeing reactions, everyone seems so fixated on the video that its as if they arent even listening/ commenting on how amazing the song is. the song deserves significantly more attention than the goofy video even tho its a fun video.
I discovered Bilmuri a couple of years ago, and was HOOKED from the first song. Johnny Francke is a genius. You really should explore the WHOLE catalog because you’ll be surprised at how much range is there.
interesting side note about his drummer...it's josh manuel...also the drummer for issues (the bassist for issues actually co wrote a track on this new record lol) who currently plays drums for kane brown lol. also, Knox has had a song or two go viral on tiktok for a bit lol. hardy has also done a guest vocal on one of bilmuri's songs called "corn fed yetis"...but he did the screaming vocals at the end of the song.
More hardcore. He says earlier in the video that it’s “CountryCore” so that’s Country x Hardcore. So some songs/artists can lean more on the country or more on the core.

Off of this one song, I get it, but you are missing 8+ years of genius solo work putting out like 18 albums over several band names, more often Bilmuri. The dude is fluid across every genre and this is an ironic take on a country album that 100% slaps. Take a little more of a dive, you'll appreciate it.
