On my ct200u my brakes barely work they’ve been bad for a while usually I’ve been able to adjust them but there completely adjusted rn and barely work could they just be worn?

I did exactly what you showed in the caliper but my brake handle is still super loose and doesn’t move at all🤔

Your issue may be the cable is loose. Just loosen the bolt that holds the cable on the caliper and tighten the cable there.

How do you adjust the back pad? Mine rubs off the disc brake ?

You prolly have a warped rotor this is adjusting brake pads
