I swear Great White is one of the greatest Rock bands ever... even possibly the best ever !!! They always make me feel better about life!!! Jack is truly one of the greatest singers ever. I am always amazed how great he is !!!! Long live Great White!!!!!
I remember buying a copy of Great Zeppelin 1 when it first came out and was blown away by how faithfully they reproduced the original recordings. Jack sounds like a modern-day Robert Plant!
Even in his advanced years he still presents as a likable young rock and roll Southern California kid in search of good times. However this man is also one of those rare "blessed/cursed" people who had their greatest hopes and worst fears realized in their lifetime.
This guy has been through some SHIT, in his journey on this hunk of dirt. I gotta hand it to him for staying in the game. And NO, I do not think the band was responsible for the fire tragedy several years ago - that was the club and club owners, yet Jack Russell paid the price for it . Hope your life is goin much better these days, Jack - all the best to you!
From day one I have been a fan. One word you often see in the comments is underrated! Great White was definitely successful . What gets me is how other bands from that time just doesn’t have the talent of Great White. To me personally Great White stood out among all the 80’s era L A scene bands. Jack Russell is truly one of the greatest Hard Rock vocalists in our lifetime. I’ll always support Jack and Mark even in different bands now.
Jack is a real survivor I met Him a couple of times in the mid '80's once at a show @ The Strand in Redondo bch. & the other time was when I was invited to go fishing with him on his boat, along with my cousin, who worked for jack. It was fun fishing with Jack, We had the best bait (live squid) so we tried to hang a yellowtail or two, then tried some halibut drifts & came up empty, (that's fishing) but it was still lots of fun fishing with Him. I think Jack's best zeppelin cover was .... Babe I'm Gunna Leave You He nailed it.
Psycho city is a great album. I like all of them. Great band. I always liked the song Slow Ride off the single once bitten twice shy. I tunes finally got it. Thanks for the interview 🤘🏻
Young people want to say it's alcohol, or drugs or lack of "self-care". However, what it really all boils down to is that TIME is the real MotherF'er!!! I am 64 and I feel it!
I was 15, in 1989 My neighbor 2 doors down a year older than me came over and asked If I wanted to go to a rock show that night. Badlands, Tesla, and Great White. What a night. Thanks Mike and Thanks Jack.

Met Jack and I’m friends with guys in the Band..Outstanding band that he has now with Dan and Dicki and Tony.. I have met and partied with these guys outstanding people outstanding to the fans. Jack a little reclusive and I get way but I have met him and he was nice as can be seen him four times in the last two years. Go Bills
Interesting stuff. I loved all the albums up through Psycho City then seems like things changed after that. It's hard seeing your heroes get old but all the fans are aging too including me. Love watching the live from the ritz on youtube.
I'm so glad I checked out this vid. Had no clue they had a new album out. And I actually know Jack personally. Feel like shit about that. Glad he won't be reading this comment.

Jack Russell is wearing a Colorado tee-shirt!
Him and Heather moved to Colorado for a while to be closer to her family. They have since moved back to Cali.
That's not Jack Russell... Don't look anything like him! #clickbait
Yes it is. He just stopped wearing a wig.
@@Danimal77 Yeah, ok. This is just some random ex-drunk they've pulled in as clickbat. Jack Russell without a wig!!! 😂🤣😂
🙄
Wow he lost alot of hair no disrespect
He was probably wearing a wig in recent years and finally stopped wearing it.
