Love the mellow sound of Kenny's guitar. Also this recording is fabulous, you get a wonderfully natural impression of all the live instruments. Thanks again for posting!
Incredible ensemble playing-total communication! Is that Ben Riley on drums? I wasn’t familiar w him, if it is, but he is outstanding. Great touch, great time.

Why were two dudes decked out in suits while the drummer had on what looks like some random Jazz festival sweatshirt? I start to groove and then they cut to the drummer in his sweatshirt and it's over man, it's just over...
They're wearing "sport jackets" not suits. Suit pants and jackets are cut from the same bolt of material, so they identically match. Strange comment there anyway. It's much more enjoyable using ones ears instead of their eyes to listen to music. Jackets, coats or whatever are quite restrictive when banging on the tubs like a chimpanzee. Next week, we will work on how to recognize the subtle differences between neck and bow ties. Enjoy the season!
Thanks for sharing! I’ve been a fan for 65 years, seen him some thirty times, always swinging!
Man what a great set - Kenny and the guys all played excellent - I enjoyed every second of this - thx!
I was there ! Cologne, Germany. I had a brief but very nice talk with Mr. Burrell as well. LEGEND 🙌🏻
❤привет из Сибири❤ спасибо🙏💕
It's mellow, it's pure, it's just so full of life and charm. I was listening during the night and listening again now while working.

I love the way Kenny plays chords. And a great soloist too! Rhythm section is also suburb.
Love that he does some numbers on a flattop acoustic steel string, always a fav guitarist of mine.
Absolutely wonderful just wish there was more of this around today
Kenny is such a joyous player. Love the guy.
Gold. Thanks so much for this.👌
Ya I know Kenny is awesome, but so are the rest of these amazing musicians. I love this music.

Ok, it’s Norman Ferguson on drums! Just flashed on the screen, praise still applies…

Obrigado!
Kenny realy shines in this vid. Very enjoyable. Expressive jazz, ....wonderful
Ciao,mi ha molto impressionato quando suona l'acustica, non l'avevo mai sentito.
I have some albums by Jimmy Smith with Kenny Burrell and Grady Tate - which I bought in 1966 !
I started listening to Kenny in the early 60’s-I still have my original albums-After Wes, he was my favorite--Very smooth and lyrical style🎸🎸
Kenny Burell smokin' those strings on this one ☕🎸
Superbe ! Et la prise de son excellente, on fait presque moins bien avec le digital aujourd'hui ! Quelle énergie ils avaient. Merci. 😊
Like so much !!! 👍
Only a tiny correction of a wonderful concert...The drummers first name is Sherman...
❤❤❤
his discography explains it all
Love the last song, but studio version trumpet and keyboard are noticeably missing.

It's a Gibson.

@williamreeves8426 I know it's not an L-4 CES because I own two of those.
The guy in the beginning looks like John Lennon.

how is it possible that such a mediocre guitarist made a record with Coltrane?
@@ramunnoonofri3694 🤔
And there was me wondering how a great guitarist made a record with an over-rated sax player.
