Yes, Wand/Bow healer can die regardless if they have high evasion because of heavy attacks, and you can't build high evasion for all three types. But, watch some of my Wand/Bow Healer PvP clips on Asota during PvP events and arena where I survive for a long time using my kit and sometimes killing the enemy after a long fight. T&L KR.

What is your hit rate?

My hit is 310. Harder to stack hit when we have to run 4p Trans and still try get high crit hit for good amount of crit heal chance. Hopefully they add new gloves, cape, and accs that give hit.
